Captain D's — Restaurant in Dothan

This had absolutely been the worst experience in any establishment. I placed a order as an online order through Captain D's website. I placed it to be ready at 3:30 cause I was getting off work at 3 and needed to pick up a few frozen things before I left work. I figured okay it would be ready. Well I walk and I'm the only person in line and tell the young lady i was there to pick up an online order. She told the cooks hey that pick up is here for her order. While i was waiting 5 other customers come in and line up to place their orders. I'm still waiting and still waiting and in the mean time all these other customers are placing orders and then getting their food and well I'm still waiting. Just when I'm thinking okay I'm just fixing to get a refund cause my frozen food is I know thawed out in truck by now and I'll just go elsewhere when the someone says hey where is that to go order. I here oh it's fixing to come up. Lol. Yeah right. NOT. I'm still just waiting and waiting and waiting in the meantime Again everyone is still getting their orders they are placing. i wanted to write a review for this sweet girl named Savannah she looks like she is still in school maybe 16-17 I was behind this dude and he was just being so rude to her for no reason and she handled really professionally I was amazed by her skill to do that after he left we had a conversation i was having a bad day and she just cheered me up and i asked how her day has been going and she actually held a conversation with me with a smile and everything then there was a girl in the drive through that was bossing her around to do stuff for her and it made me felt bad for her because she was being mean to her after all she was doing was being nice and she was about the same age i didn't ask the others name because i didn't care ask but before i left i asked her name and she told me it was savannah and I'm very thankful for her because a smile can make everyone's day better i was going to compliment her to the manger but didn't have time so I'm writing a review and the food was...

I haven’t ever written a review this is my first time but last week I came in for takeout and the young lady at the front counter was so nice. her name is Savannah and she was so sweet. She had a smile on her face the whole time she was talking to me. You don’t see a lot of people smiling now a days so I’m very happy for the great costumer service! It was Sunday and church just ended, it was super super busy and she was helping everyone out the best she could. It just amazed me how she was handling all those people at once they kept asking her for things and she had it all under control.
