Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dothan

Imagine a pizza place that doesn't know how to properly cut a pizza.

This gets two stars for 1 reason alone. The extra star is for the past times when Dominoes was actually turning me into a full fledge Dominoes addict.

For whatever reason, they have been awful, and this last time was just too much to overlook. I made an order to feed some friends, $78 worth of pizza. My wife picked it up, brought it home, and I opened the box and....wait....who gave the child the pizza cutter. It was like someone played "race cars" with the pizza cutter. I had never seen anything like that before. All the other pizzas were normal cuts, but this one was just all messed up! That was one problem. Then we get to the cheese "dip"...question...can you call something a "dip" if you can't dip anything into it! I bought the 5 cheese "DIP" and yeah what they do is throw mozzarella in a pan and put it in the oven....so it strinks down to maybe a qaurter of an inch in the pan oh and then solidifies. Like, come on, really? That's ridiculous, and it's 5 dollars, there wasnt even 5 dollars worth of cheese in there. I tried to eat the cheese with a tortilla chip, because Im not one to waste stuff but the chip kept breaking in it and you couldn't scoop anything out anyway because most of it was stuck to the bottom of the pan. If I wanted mozzrella in a pan, I would have done thay in 2 seconds myself and at least would have had a full $5 worth of mozzarella stuck to the pan!

So, at this point, I do the one thing anyone would do after seeing all this, I call the store. And Im really not one to complain of simple things, but that was just too many things to go wrong in one order. So I call, and someone picks the phone up and hangs it back up...... I call again "Dominoes please hold click"....5 mins, and no one comes back to the phone... I hang up and decide to call later.... 1hr later, no one picks up at all....

So Im out $78 for mediocre pizza from a place I was actually telling everybody is pretty good, especially their pan pizzas. But I had a similar situation like this from here the last time I ordered. And it's just gotten worse. So save yourself some time and just go to Marcos...

Me and my friend ordered delivery from this location . Firstly the delivery guy blew a tire on the way to my residence and told me I needed to come get the food. Ok that's fine I get it things happen. Asked him where he was he said he was located at gas station about half way between the store and my place . So off I go and what do you know when we got to the gas station he was no where to be found so we tried calling him back for 5 minutes with no answer we had to text the guy and finally got a answer telling us he was actually up the road a little ways on the side of the road. This road can be pretty busy in the evening and I drive a big f250 super duty and with no where really to pull over I was forced to go half way into a ditch just to get my food . The guy acted very "idgaf" about the situation. So I called the store to see about the situation with delivery fees and what not seeing I had to go pick it up and put myself in a potentially dangerous situation of getting the back end of my truck caved in on the busy road I had to call 3 times before I got a answer and when I did get a answer I asked for a manager the woman that answered said she was the manager when I explained the situation there was no " I'm sorry for the inconvenience " infact she acted like I was a burden for calling then offered me a soda. I worked 5 years in a restaurant and another 5 in dealing directly with customers as a technician and security officer. And I know for a fact if I would of handled a situation in that manner I would actively be looking for another job. I will not personally be using this location again . I'll happily take my...

So tonight we decided to order and enjoy a pizza from Domino’s. It’s close by and I’m down with kidney stones so my wife went to pick it up. I had earned a free pizza using my rewards so I used them.

Ordered online with ease. Well apparently this location is staffed with the most unprofessional people. My wife entered the drive-thru, pulled up to the window and waited. She continued to wait roughly 15 minutes. Now during this time, one employee came to the window, asked for the name on the order and then walked away. After waiting for that length of time, cars began filling the drive thru. An employee then yelled “We have people behind the person in the drive thru, we need them to move!” This was yelled across the store and after my wife had been there for about 15 minutes.

My wife drove around the store and got back in line. When she got up to the window, again and gave them my name on the order once again when a voice bellowed out from across the store once again “make sure it’s paid for.” Clearly says on the receipt “PAID”.

I don’t know who owns this particular Dominoes but rest assured I will be acquiring that info and reaching out to them to voice my displeasure.

The unprofessional attitude displayed by these employees of this store is atrocious. I understand having a bad day, but this wasn’t that. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND...
