NEVER AGAIN!!!! This was our 1st time going to this location and our LAST! We went around 5:30 this past Sunday and I'm assuming the African American man that seated us was in management, he cleaned the table for us because the table was dirty and he said someone would be with us shortly, at least 10 mins goes by and no one came to take our order 4 waitresses and waiters passed by is several times, it's like we didn't exist. The same guy that seated us came to our table to see if someone had taken our order and we said no, so he apologized and took our drink orders, he then went to 3 waiters standing by us and asked if one of them would take our order all 3 of them didn't want to serve us ( not sure why as we were very polite) I'm assuming that they all had a problem serving an interracial couple, so the guy said he would find somebody to take our order, a little while later a young black waitress with long hair takes our order ( which she was one of the 4 that passed by us earlier and no one would acknowledge us). It took awhile for is to get our food but shortly after she took our order, they sat a lady right behind us and our waitress took her order shortly after she was seated, that rubbed me the wrong way, so then the waitress takes her the little tray with napkins and silverware and passed by us and the same manager got her attention just as she was passing us and told her to leave that at our table as she had not given us anything yet because she was bypassing us to give it to the lady that was just seated that was strike # 2, finally she brings our food and did not come and see if we needed anything not once!!! As we are eating I see that they seat a party of 6 in our section and our waitress took their order IMMEDIATELY that was strike #3!!! Still we are acting like we weren't seeing any of this and we didn't say a word about it, another person came and she sat at the table next to us, another waitress took her order immediately as well ( she was another 1 of the 4 that didn't acknowledged us earlier). We asked for our check as I was getting extremely frustrated with the treatment we were getting the entire time we were there, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Guess what... We are VERY GOOD tippers for great service but since not 1 person made us feel welcomed at this place they list out on a good tip! Even with the awful service and treatment we got I still tipped 20% which it should've been $0.
P.S I will NOT fill out ANYTHING!! Also just to let you guys know you need to be trained on customer service because there is NONE at this establishment!! I work in customer service and I would NEVER treat anybody the way we were treated!
The funny thing about this is that the President of BWW is my customer and I have told him about my experience at this establishment and he was embarrassed at the treatment we got and he told me that he was disgusted by my story and was going to talk to management about my incident! Beer came, why wouldn't you get the water while you're at the bar too? Appetizers finished. Still no water napkins or flatware. Got up to looking napkins couldn't find any, the waitress saw me looking around she said I'll get napkins and silverware and water in just a minute. I said okay but in reality we should have already had it. She finally bought it to the table and we ordered more food. My two friends with me split a chicken beef steak & wings. Without even thinking one of my friends ate her half of the sandwich and when the other went to eat her half she realized it with beef not chicken. She's allergic to beef which is why she ordered chicken. With all the waitress. She got us a chicken beef steak. She went to the manager about the error. The manager was standing there kind of staring us down and shaking her head and staring us down and staring us down. We started staring back and she went away. We find out later that the waitress is also washing dishes. This is a restaurant, it is customer service, the customers are the number one priority, the waitress should have been paying a lot more attention to what was going on with her table, instead of washing dishes which could have been done by one of the two people who were just hanging around doing not much of anything. This is partly the waitresses fault, no matter what else she was doing there should have been no reason we waited that long for our water, silverware and napkins, which all should have been at our table before food ever came out. That is also the fault of the manager who was hanging around staring at people, not doing much and should have been doing the dishes herself. The quantity and quality of the food is too expensive for what it is. None of the food looks even close in person as it does on the menu. I had a classic chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was okay sized, the tiny tiny cheap little hamburger bun, that they pass off as challah, should have been at least twice the size. Won't go back.
A standard BS response was sent as a reply to my review, were sorry blah blah blah... Asking me to go online and fill out a form so that they can address this with the team... I wasted enough time and money on your lousy establishment to be put through anything more... This review is more than adequate for you to take it up with your team. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe waitress is the only reason I gave this location 2 stars as Yasmine was amazing. First, let's start from the beginning with the mozzarella sticks. They were pretty much luke warm. Then when our food came it was warm as well. I don't know if it had been sitting for a while, but we began eating. My order was 6 traditional wings with wild sauce and a side of celery. The celery appeared fresh and were BIG pieces. As I went to eat a piece of celery (after eating 2 wings), I saw something black on it. I took off my glasses to take a closer look. It was a bug. I could see the body and the wing of the bug. But hey I thought it may not be what I thought it was and asked my son to take a look. He looked at it and agreed. I let the waitress know and she gladly took it back and said she would take it off of the bill. I said thanks and that was it. Keep in mind I never asked for this to be taken off. The General Manager Danielle Y. sends Yasmine back to tell me it was a celery leaf. I'm pretty sure I know what a bug looks like and she offered to retoss the wings and give me new celery. By that point my appetite was ruined and I responded by saying "No Thanks". Everything was fine until the Bar Manager Ms. Megan W. came to my table and approached me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. She told me that it was a celery leaf and showed me a random small piece of celery with what indeed had a leaf on it. I couldn't believe she brought me a random piece of celery to prove her point. I then proceeded to tell her the same thing I told the other person ultimately telling her we can agree to disagree. Then she proceeds to ask me multiple times to give me a new order and I told her no. I told her I couldn't understand why she would act as if she didn't understand what I was saying. She then began chastising me as if she was speaking with a child about how she was not taking it off the bill and I would be responsible to pay. By this time, I was extremely frustrated as I never asked for the item to be removed from the bill. The waitress said she would take it off. I then told the bar manager I would be completing a report with their corporate office. Now I do want my expense to becovered. .The Bar Manager turned something very simple into a very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional encounter. My son and I will never return to this location.
