First time customer here & my experience was horrible!!!! I ordered a 2piece chicken tender + 1 waffle with chili cheese fries. After about 45 minutes of waiting I was told by the cashier that they were out of chicken tenders so he’d give me chicken wings instead. Okay fine! 🙄 There were 2 people in front of me and 4 people behind me waiting to order. Everyone in line was served their food and I was left to wait an additional 20 minutes for the chicken wings and waffle, and then an additional 5 minutes for the chili cheese fries! The lemon pepper chicken wings did not taste like lemon pepper & chicken was still pink on the inside when I bit into one of them… pulled one or two back & they were pink also and so I was disgusted.. ended up feeding it to my dogs!! The chili on the fries was sweet so I didn’t like them very much and the cheese tasted like melted cafeteria cheese. The waffle was the best part.. I mean how could yu go wrong with a waffle lol The guy behind the counter seemed apologetic about my wait time, but I felt that he should have let me known sooner that they were out of tenders instead of 45 minutes after I ordered.. so his apologies just went in one ear and out the other. This was my first time at the restaurant. The lady at the register was friendly and educated me on the differences of the two restaurants and franchise. I was happy to see that it was black owned business and that’s why I purchased from here instead of going to golden crust like I planned. Which now I definitely regret.

I ordered a 20 piece wet w/ lemon pepper and mild sauce. The menu advertised that it comes with fries 3 dipping sauce and 3 spices. After driving home I noticed that they did not give me my fries and they gave me the wrong spices on my chicken. They were all dry rub instead of wet. When I called the location they informed me that it was their mistake and that I will have to drive back. Which I refused to do especially after a long day of work.

I’m typically a woman of routine, however when I saw a post in a Facebook group about the new wing joint in town I decided to go out on a whim and give it a try. And it was the BEST decision I could have made! First impression, the staff are beyond nice! Both the cook and the gentleman who rang us up, I think his name was Jesal. He walked us through the menu, gave his recommendations, and was SUPER personable! The wait for food was super short for what all we ordered. Now to get to the food! I had the traditional wings, and let me tell you it was the perfect mix of crispy and fall off the bone tender. I got honey bbq wings and I’m super picky on my bbq sauce, and I quite liked them! They have four different kinds of fries and a large amount of seasoning options! 10/10 recommend the garlic parmesan fries. I also ordered the macaroni bites and the fried Oreos!
