Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Douglasville

It's sad that I pulled up to this establishment, and you can see a female employer RUN from the drive-thru window.

I pull up to the window, and one of the girls is peeking around the corner to see if I pulled off, and she has on a red shirt with a headset on. It's another guy standing right there, and he's looking at the girl hiding behind the wall, and he says something to her, and he then walks over to the window and says, "HELLO" I said that it is very unprofessional for an employer to run away from caring for a customer and why she was peeking around the corner. He says, "What are you talking about?" Sir, before you start walking over here, you saw the girl hiding around the corner, and you say something to her, and being that she did not come from around the corner, you came over. He then tells me, "I don't know what you're talking about." He then tells me that he was on the phone but had no phone in his hand, nor did he have on a bluetooth in neither ear. UPDATE 7/20/22 Amik the manager has reached out to correct the issue and was very kind and sincere. The problem was resolved quickly. Good job on legit customer service!!

Original post: i was so excited to see the pretty ice cream cupcakes for my daughter as she’s been sick. I got 2 of them. When we started to eat them it was as if someone had just poured plain milk on top of the chocolate and let it freeze before topping with the icing. There were ice crystals all thru and it was like scraping ice, not creamy ice cream. I’ve never had this issue in the past. Neither of us even could eat them. Cashier appeared to be new and was not able to answer questions and said manager was busy and didn't attempt to get my questions ordered. There was something on my chili cheese dog that looked like pieces of carrots, but could have been hard up old cheese. Order was rang incorrectly over charging me about $3. The restrooms were horrible. I went into the womens restrooms and it was horrible and my father went in the mens restroom. As soon as you walk in the mens restroom there is a step down but no sign warning you of the drop. My father step off and fell halfway to tge floor. The mens restrooms had mold all on the tile. We travel through this area often and defiantly will not give them any more business. If the lobby and bathrooms are that bad I couldn't imagine how bad what...
