Worst Customer service experience I have ever received. Ordered 8 items for School Sports on October 27th, 2021 did not receive any of my order until December 16th 2021 and only received 4 of the items. Of those 4 items only 1 of them was truly worth the money. The Team Warm up Pants were way to LONG size fit but leg length was for a tall person so can't wear them. The Team logo on the Tee shirt looked like it was for a size small shirt and printed on a 4X-large shirt the logo wasn't even centered on the chest of the Tee shirt and was way to high up close to the neck line.
I had to call them to find out the the sale person that took our order no longer worked for them. They told me the new person taking over the account would call me the next day. a week later still no contact. The Week of Thanksgiving finally got in contact with new person only to be told that the Mesh Backpack, custom Wresting Head gear and 2 wrestling knee pad would not be provided because they couldn't get their vendor to respond to their requests. $289 worth of gear ordered $135 worth of gear delivered and out of that only $60 was worth the money or time.
I was told well you got your money back on the items we didn't deliver I don't know what your complaining about. Maybe the fact that you didn't provide the service you sold, you lacked the customer service skills to contact customers and let them know what was going on. you had my e-mail address, my phone number and my home address why did I have to call you, come to your store and hound the sales team to get answers about my order and was never notified that a refund would be given until last week.

For me, everyone was welcoming except the guy they instructed to assist me. He’s the guy the store posted an image of here on their Google page (with the beard and holding 2 rifles while laughing and looking to his right). You would have thought that I met this guy before the way he was being such a jerk and being a smart aleck to my questions and comments. I wanted to leave but really needed some night sights for my Glock 19.
The guy picked out a sight for me that he stated was the night sights for my Glock. He told me to go to the register, where he brought my gun to after he installed the sights. I didn’t even pay attention to it because I was conversing with the nice cashier. I put the gun up.
Fast forward to the next day and my co workers and I realized this guy gave me the wrong sights and it was beyond obvious because it was hanging off of the gun (see photo). Everyone thinks he did that on purpose and so do I, especially because of the way he was towards me. I ended up going to another gun store where I was treated like every customer. They gave me the right sights and installed it.
I took the sights right back to Gable Sporting Goods for my refund! Again, the cashier was nice and understood what took place.
That guy should be fired. He shouldn’t work there if he can’t work with all races. Especially in the city where this is located. It’s common sense. Douglasville...
Read moreThis place has the worst customer service. I ordered products from Gables around two months ago and the products were supposed to arrive 2-3 weeks after my purchase. After the three week mark with still no sign of the products that I ordered, I called gables and explained the situation to them and they said that they would get back to me. A week past and I still haven’t heard from them so I called them again and they told me the same thing. After another month of waiting for these products that were supposed to arrive a month earlier, I called again and they said that they would try and get in contact with the person in charge of my order. Finally, I got a call back the same day and they said that they never placed the order and that I will be getting a full refund because they “don’t know what happened.” I usually don’t write reviews but I am so furious with this company. It took them two months to tell me that they never placed the order which I payed over $100 for. If i never called them so many times about this, i’m pretty sure they would have cheated me out of my money. I know a lot of people who will not be using their services again because this has also...
