Me and my daughters went to the Stevie B’s, Douglasville, GA location Saturday, 8/18/18. The food was great. I asked for a special pizza and it came out in a timely manner and it taste really good, minus the jarred/canned mushrooms. I just wanted to let you know that this location is very dirty. The chairs are sticky, the floor is sticky, overall it really needs a really good bleach/sanitizer cleaning. I understand that children are in there all day, but there are many restaurants that welcome children that are MUCH cleaner than this store. My suggestion is that you get with your manager there and have the employees come in early or stay late one night and do a MAJOR cleaning in the whole restaurant from front to back, top to bottom, including the chairs, legs of the chairs, tables, legs of the tables, booths, from top to bottom the railings, drink area and then insist that the opening and/or closing manager wipe the aforementioned items off daily so that it will stay cleaned. The MAJOR cleaning should be done weekly, if not monthly, depending on how busy this store is. I used to manage a restaurant and this was our practice, to keep things from getting out of had, as I feel this store is. I am writing to inform and I hope no one gets offended by this but I just thought the store needs to know that the cleaning of this store is not up to par. thank you...
Read moreThis Stevie B’s in Douglasville could teach the one in Hiram, Ga. a thing or 20. They have food on the bar at all times, both the pizzas and the deserts. They are super clean & neat. The one in Hiram have no food on the bar a lot and people just standing or walking around. You always have to wait for them to restock the bar as you watch others coming in. They are not very concerned with cleaning either. I have visited the Douglasville Stevie B’s twice and as people leave someone was on their tables cleaning. It brought back my satisfaction for taking my grands to eat pizza. I truly hated going to the Stevie B’s in Hiram. I was always mad about the money spent because I would leave their feeling like I threw my money in a bomb fire to burn and gained no satisfaction. However, as one who is NOT a huge pizza lover, the Stevie B in Douglasville has me wanting to go back. The food is good, hot, plentiful, and the service is impeccable. Thank you Stevie B’s in Douglasville for making it a pleasure to take my pizza loving grands to your facility and actually enjoy doing it! You guys get 20...
Read moreI already prefer Cici's because, well, who can resist their garlic cheese bread? I rather enjoy Stevi B's spinach alfredo pizza and my tastebuds recently ventured out (for once) to try the buffalo chicken pizza which i will go on record to say i liked a lot despite my resistance to liking new things AND the principal that pizza belongs with tomato sauce not hot sauce and ranch (haha). I learned today that they now offer a baked mac n cheese dish and its pretty dern good! It almost tastes premium with breadcrumbs and it isnt too cheesy.
During this stay the pizza we wanted was fresh and the guy made the mac n cheese for me to try which is new..usually the pizza has been sitting there.
As usual, I fished through a few plates and forks before finding some that didn't have specks caked on food. Having to do that doesn't impress me at all. Add on top the fact this establishment didn't want to invest in splash guards so they pinned up seran wrap it seems like the place is declining. I also noticed the fact their internet...
