I cancelled my order because it took the driver over 45 minutes to deliver my pizzas and they were cold. He was rude. He lied about ringing my doorbell. It took so long that I was looking out the window waiting for him to arrive. I saw him pull up and when I got to the door he said that he had rang my doorbell and knocked. I told him that he was lying and he insisted that he wasn't even though I literally saw him arrive from my upstairs window. I declined the pizzas due to the fact that they were cold. I called the store and spoke with the manager Teia and she has extremely poor customer service skills. She didn't offer to have them remake my pizzas or anything. I didn't want free pizzas, I wanted hot pizzas so I wasn't looking for anything for free even though I was inconvenienced. She assumed that I wanted something for free which was extremely presumptuous of her. I order pizza from here all the time and I will NEVER order from you guys again. Also, I'm calling the district office to file a formal complaint about my interactions with my driver and the store manager tonight. Zero stars for...
Read moreon multiple occasions the pizza has been an 1hr and half late but this has been the second time and I was told by one employee we are never more than an hour late I and other friends and family have had to reheat the pizza in the oven multiple times this has been the second time for me 3rd time for a friend I would think after the $50 dollars in tips the delivery person would at least apologize for being late but that's the least of my problems I just want a hot pizza like its used to be after working a 60 hour work week I don't feel like that's to much to ask I let it go the first time it was cold but after the second time its a problem and to be given a false managers name and be put on hold for 25 mins and hung up on multiple times and finally be told I have to call back in the morning is very frustrating but to each is own if that's how you run a business I will not be ordering from here anymore until they step...
Read moreI’ve eaten here fairly often over the past couple years as I live close and like the rewards system. I’ve had good orders and bad, with most being pretty good, but the customer service and quality of food has gone way down in the past few months. My last order wasn’t even fully cooked. When I called to let them know the employee said “What do you want me to do about it?”. Well I want you to not serve me uncooked pizza and leave the phone as I’m talking, duh. I wasn’t even rude about anything and he still just dropped to phone multiple times as I was talking. Although they did give me credit for another pie I will not be eating at this Dominos again. Even when compared to the low quality customer service that Dover offers this is low. It could definitely be worse, but...
