I asked several associates if there was a dressing room for my 2 kids to try on the costumes they said no so right in front of 3 associates I opened a costume and measured it against my kids Non of them said anything to me.
Then I went to another area and opened a bigger one for my son and the lady associate over there was so rude and loudly said you can not do that it's our policy
I then said fine and gave it to her I stated that I need to make sure it fits before I buy all these
She said you pay first then take them home to try on
I just walked away from her after I gave her the costume Back after looking around and her following me I decided to grab that outfit for my son who was upset and I bought both of my kids outfits but when I was at the register that same associate was watching me and standing at the door
So I think it is crazy I spent $120.00 on my 2 little kids outfits and now I have to return it because it does not fit and I have to wait 72 business hours to get my money back this is crazy and the associate made me and my family fell very uncomfortable
Will not be shopping at the dover...
