Extremely Unsafe and Disgusting Experience at Chipotle

I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted by what happened during our recent visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill. My wife ordered a meal, expecting a normal, safe dining experience. Instead, she bit into a foreign object — a hard, round ball — inside her food. This was not just unexpected, it was dangerous and horrifying.

Within minutes of eating, she began to feel extremely nauseous and started vomiting repeatedly. We had to rush home and monitor her condition for hours. It was traumatizing and completely unacceptable.

This is by far the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. A place that serves food should NEVER allow something like this to happen. Whether it was negligence, poor hygiene, or lack of quality control — it needs to be addressed immediately.

We are seriously reconsidering ever trusting Chipotle again. We need answers, accountability, and immediate action Absolutely Disgusting – My Wife Threw Up After Finding a Ball in Her Food

What the hell is going on at Chipotle?! This was by far the most disgusting and unacceptable experience we’ve ever had in any restaurant — and it happened at a place that claims to serve "quality food."

My wife ordered a bowl, took a few bites, and suddenly bit into a BALL — a literal fing BALL — inside her food.* Not a bean. Not a spice. A BALL. Something completely inedible and dangerous. Right after that, she started throwing up uncontrollably. Multiple times. Violently. We were terrified.

This isn’t just gross — this is a massive health hazard, and honestly, it could’ve been life-threatening. What if she choked? What if it was sharp? What kind of kitchen allows this kind of thing to slip into food?

Shame on Chipotle for this level of pure negligence. You’ve completely lost our trust. And if this is how careless you are with what you serve your customers, you deserve to be shut down.

Fix your kitchens. Fire whoever’s responsible. And pray nobody...

I’ve been here several times however tonight was a shocker!! Went it about 9pm walked into a full line , all tables were empty looked around to find a clean table to sit my daughters at not a single clean area, trash cans overflowing, food crumbs all over the floors. Get my baby wipes and wipe down my table as I was told we’ll do it right now by girl at register , she did 10 min later ok I’ll take it, note she only cleaned my table left all others dirty. Finally our turn to order they were all out of beans , chips , salsa etc . When asking the workers in the serving area if they had more of an item they were rude and laughed it off get to the register pay and head to our table . Go back to get utensils all forks and napkins gone go back to register same girl she says I’ll do it right now, I’m standing there waiting our food getting cold, my husband tells her do you guys have forks she again replied I’ll get them right now with an attitude, she finally comes by walks right past me grabs two chairs to block out the restrooms , we tell her again and she just looks at us and walks to the trash can with her bare hands pushes the trash down into the can then gets the boa ox utensils from under the counter, she proceeds to open the box and begins putting out forks , I ask her to let me get my own forks out of the container as my hands are clean and she just had her hands in the trash and that’s completely unsanitary she backs off and lets me get my forks . Walks away not even a minute later comes back with gloves and continues to put out forks . Doesn’t even toss what she had already put out, left we a bad experience. Very unsanitary. Won’t be coming back to...

They always forget the salad dressing :( Why do I keep going back? Because I love their salad. I go on my lunch break, I know it's going to be crowded but I still go. It's happened to me a couple of times & it just happened AGAIN. I order my salad and ask for the Vinaigrette dressing. When I get to my job to sit down & eat NO dressing in my bag. Recently they moved the dressing at the beginning of the line where you start your order, I thought GREAT that's one way to assure people have their dressing. So, again today I ordered my salad, got the dressing following my bowl down the assembly line, I thought this is awesome. Then as the one guy is packaging my food to go I am paying for my order. I'm in a hurry to just like they are to get me out of there. I'm thinking cool, it's all good! Yup!! I got to work & there is NO DRESSING IN MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!
