Tacos Raul — Restaurant in Downey

So been wanting to try this place for quite sometime. Me and the lady pass this place on the weekly on the way to Aldi so today was the day. I went with a al pastor taco and a Carne Asada Burrito. The taco was you typical street taco with Celantro and onion on top. The al pastor was a bit on the greasy side and a bit over cooked. Was flavorful but didn't really get the spice out of it I usually get from this meat. Didn't hate it, was just a "ok" Taco. The best thing about this Carne Asada Burrito was the flour tortilla. It was soft, had good flavor and chewy. Again, the typical filling, beans, rice , Celantro and onions join the Carne Asada in this Burrito. The rice was on the mushy side, the beans are more of the "whole bean" type instead of the creamy refried smoth type, and the Asada was just ok. They definently give you a generous amount of condiments, bags of lime, red / green salsa, grilled jalapenos and onions. I started eating here after my co worker recommended this place to me. The crew in the morning and afternoon make the food really good. However after getting off of work tonight I had the worst customer experience ever. I ordered a vegetarian burrito. I asked the girl what came on the burrito. While eating my burrito I started to taste something that was nasty. The cook put chopped cucumbers in the burrito. Why I do not know. It was so much that I started to pick out the cucumbers but there was too much. When I went back up there the girl(who clearly works nights because I’ve never seen her during the daytime) said they could only make me a small burrito compared to the original burrito. She said their needed to be at least have a burrito to make another one. But I didn’t even eat half. To all black people do not eat here! That girl clearly displayed horrible customer service that I’ve never gotten from this place before! I hate the fact I wasted my money on something that should have been a really good...

Been going here for a few months. Same order every time. This time was charged al a cart for everything without being told due to asking for large drinks with combos. Asked to see receipt bc was more then typical. Argued over the over charge to no give from the establishment. Gave me 3 large drinks in their to go flimsy containers and went home to have one break which spilled one large drink as I tried to stop it from spilling other two fell out of container. Went back to get drink refilled since it was due to their container breaking with a photo of spill to show not just trying to free refill. Argued with me wanted to charge me $2 more dollars for the refills. Finally agreed to refill them this one time but refused to give me a container to carry 3 large drinks. All of this horrible treatment over $3 originally and then $6 for refills. Will never go back due to how I was treated. I speak broken Spanish and none of the workers spoke English.
