I restrained myself from leaving a negative review many times for this location, but this Wendy's consistently disappoints and aftet tonights visit I see no reason not to. Zero interaction at the window, and I don't blame her She likely knows the low quality food she's handing over... I ordered a Jr. Bcn Chsbgr biggie bag. The sandwich looked disgusting and showed a serious lack of care from whoever prepared it. The top bun was cardboard, the bottom was soggy mush like it had sat in liquid, the bacon was sad/floppy/rubbery. I couldn't eat it. I asked for barbecue sauce, twice, and it was forgotten. I also requested a side of cheese sauce, a seemingly simple request. What I received looked like orange snot with a burnt/black something? on top. The entire thing was a lumpy clump of nastiness. When tilted it moved in one solid mass and had such a hard shell it left NO residue on the sides of the container when moved. The fact that someone saw the cheese get to this point is one thing, deciding to serve it to a customer is something else entirely and makes me seriously concerned imagining what else is being overlooked. All this is really sad and no exaggeration whatsoever. I advise exercising caution when ordering here. For reference order was placed around 5:30 pm...

Ordered two combos and a breakfast burrito. The car in front of us got their food fairly quick, but I ended up sitting in front of the pick up window for easily 25 minutes waiting for my food to be finished. The reason I know it was that long was because my three old in the car finished watching her movie that had about a half hour left to watch. The person at the window came up twice, the first time to tell me sheās just cooking up eggs. If your opened for breakfast at 630 the number one thing I would expect to be made for almost the entire menu are eggs. Then after given my bag of food Iām then told itāll be another minute for the French toast sticks. Meanwhile three more cars are waiting behind me and I wasnāt asked to pull forward for the other customers waiting to get what they ordered or maybe thatās because nothing was made. Very disappointed with the service and how long I was sitting there by the pick up window and only an apology for the wait when waiting that long...

Ordered through app around 11pm (they close at 12am). My order included a frosty. I went through the drive-thru at 11:40. The Wendy's employee starts by saying they can't make everything on the menu. I told her I'd already ordered, she looks up my order, but there were no other orders pending. She said they couldn't do the frosty. I already paid thru the app. She didn't know how to do a refund, said the people who run the app are a different company, and I'd have to call them tomorrow. She told me to pull up, I waited 5 mins while she made the food and everything was fine. Food was great. Went home & found Wendy's contact info, but my order disappeared so I didn't have the info. It's been over a week and order still hasn't reappeared so I haven't bothered calling...
