I wouldn't normally write a review after walking 12 hours at Disneyworld at 10pm but due this restaurant managers lack of respect and dignity on the phone I am compelled to write this, while I am waiting for a new order of food delivered from DoorDash 2 hours after the time I initially ordered.

I called BJs directly to ask about how to make sure I get the right food because as you can see from the photo anyone packaging the food and looking at it would see that the order is wrong. It says on the clear lid "Tri (Tri-tip steak) Chicken Combo" and lists asparagus. As anyone with two eyes and even poor vision could easily see, there is pork ribs and french fries in the box.

Vanessa Bogdanov came to the phone after I waited 12 minutes on hold and after the line either hung up or they forgot about me because it clicked while on hold and then started ringing again.

I started to explain to Vanessa that I was looking to understand how I can make sure I get the right food and she cut me off and said that I needed to get a refund from Door Dash because once the food leaves the store they can't do anything about it but that if I wanted a refund I had to go through them. I tried to continue to explain that I'm not asking about a refund (BECAUSE IM NOT AN IDIOT AND KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE A WRONG ORDER THROUGH A THIRD PARTY VANESSA) and she cut me off again yelling: "IM NOT FINISHED, YOU DIDNT LET ME FINISH" and continues to tell me she is going to send me a $25 gift card and asked for my email, shown in picture. To which I said thank you goodbye because she did not care to listen to WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS VANESSA. I'm still hungry and cant eat what I waited an hour to receive. Why on Gods green earth would I go back to a business who's management couldn't help me understand how my problem (THEY CREATED) would be solved, a business in the SERVICE FOOD industry that has a problem with SERVING customers with the RIGHT FOOD?

This is the worst problem resolution response I have ever received from a business manager. If I wasn't from out of town and 30 minutes away and it wasn't 10:22pm, I would drive to this business now or in the morning and ask to speak to a General Manager.

I don't need a gift card, I just wanted someone to tell me they are going to make sure my food would not be wrong a second time and be apologetic instead of acting like I was the problem.

Hopefully Vanessa knows how to service customers that don't have problems but maybe take a class on how to not flip out WHEN YOUR BUSINESS MADE A MISTAKE instead of lashing out on a paying customer. If BJs management records any calls I hope they hear how disrespectful this manager was and send her to a tolerance class or...

From the moment we stepped into BJ's Brewhouse, we were greeted by the radiant energy of Debbie Ann, the best waitress in the universe! Her infectious smile and warm demeanor set the tone for what turned out to be an extraordinary dining experience.

Debbie Ann's attention to detail is unparalleled. She guided us through the menu with enthusiasm, recommending her personal favorites and sharing delightful anecdotes about each dish. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her passion for the food made every choice feel like a culinary adventure.

Throughout our meal, Debbie Ann checked in regularly, ensuring our drinks were always full and our needs were met before we even had to ask. She handled our special requests with grace and made us feel like VIPs. It was evident that she genuinely cared about our experience, treating us like friends rather than just customers.

The food itself was delicious, but Debbie Ann's exceptional service elevated the experience to a whole new level. Her ability to create a welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home, and her upbeat personality was contagious. It was clear she loves what she does, and her positivity radiated throughout the restaurant.

If you're lucky enough to dine at BJ's Brewhouse, do yourself a favor and request Debbie Ann as your waitress. She is, without a doubt, the best in the universe, and you’ll walk away feeling like you’ve experienced something truly special. Here’s to Debbie Ann—may her star continue to shine brightly in the world of...

We visited this restaurant in Lake Buena Vista on February 7th around 10:30 PM as a group of three. Our server, Madison, took our orders. From the start, I sensed some tension between her and my friend for no apparent reason. When my friend asked if she could have tea—since it had been a long, exhausting day and she wanted a hot drink—she was told it wasn’t available, so she settled for water.

Throughout the evening, my interactions with Madison remained cordial. However, my friend ordered a soup with a side of sweet potato fries, and the fries were brought out alone, without the rest of her meal, even though she had requested everything together. From that point on, Madison completely ignored my friend, and we had no idea why.

When it was time to pay, we asked if we could split the bill three ways. Madison did so but mistakenly added my dessert to my friend’s check. When my friend politely pointed this out, Madison was visibly irritated, cut her off mid-sentence, and abruptly handed us revised bills without any courtesy.

Unfortunately, this behavior negatively impacted our experience. We don’t believe we were ever disrespectful to her, yet we felt unwelcome. Coming from France but frequently visiting this restaurant, this is the second time we’ve encountered unprofessional service here.

For these reasons, I’m giving 2 stars. The food is good, but the service needs improvement. Servers shouldn’t be surprised if they receive the bare minimum in tips when they provide this...

Party of 2 came in for dinner tonight. We were promptly seated and then the service went downhill from there. There was a longer than normal wait for our server to come over to take our drink orders, so by the time he returned with our drinks we were ready to order our appetizer and entrees (as we did not expect to see him again anytime soon). We ordered our appetizers (mozzarella sticks) and entrees (baked ziti and chicken Alfredo). The food came out quick and was brought out by friendly staff. Normally a waiter would return once the parties have their food to ask if the orders were correct, if the food was okay, etc. shortly after getting our meals I finished my drink and set it on the edge of the table so our server could see. The server was in the area multiple times waiting on other tables, but did not come over once to ask about our food. He then swiftly walked by and dropped off a new drink for me, and walked my before I could even ask for hot sauce . He walked back by to ask my partner which drink she had ordered for a refill, and as he was walking away we had to catch him to ask for to go boxes and a dessert. Another staff brought out the dessert. Our waiter returned with the to go boxes and the drink. He promptly left and later returned with the check. I enjoy BJs and hope that next time we have a better experience or a different server.

I had an awful experience on August 17th. We chose this restaurant because it was 10:15 and several area eateries were closing at 11pm except BJ’s, which closed at 1am in the morning! We thought that would give us plenty of time to eat and have dessert since it was my birthday! Right away we were disappointed with the menu options. I ordered cheese sticks and artichoke dip for the appetizers. They were good. But the waitress never brought napkins or silverware for our table. We asked twice for napkins my husband brought paper towels from the bathroom. When my son asked for a refill she never came back to the table. We are a large part of 9 but we are not a needy bunch. All the food ordered was good. Although, my husband ordered a baked potato which was cold. I wanted dessert but we ended up leaving early without dessert. I was too disappointed at that point to continue our stay. I was looking forward to ordering the patookie dessert but the service was terrible. The waitress seemed tired and disconnected. We should have known they weren’t a good choice due to the lack of customers when we came inside. The price point was too expensive for sports bar food. I do not recommend! I’m still getting my patootie dessert from a different location though.
