If I could give this 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I went to this Dunkin' together and went through the drive through for a late breakfast. My boyfriend wanted a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. The woman (who was the manager) stated they were out of plain bagels and would check to see if they had anymore. She then stated they were all out of bagels and we would have to get the sandwich on different bread. This was fine and we went with the flow, but we were confused as to how they could run out of bagels completely before the morning was over.
The next time my boyfriend went there before work to get food and coffee for his staff was a complete nightmare. He arrived around 8am thinking he would have plenty of time to get the food and get to work. He got there and the drive thru was backed up almost to the main road. He decided to go inside thinking it would be faster, but he soon realized it was not. There was only 2 people working that morning, the same manager from last time (a middle aged Hispanic woman) and one guy in the back. The manager was working the drive thru and the front register. My boyfriend wanted to get a container of coffee and a dozen bagels. When the manager was taking his order, she was very short and rude in her tone. When he asked for the bagels she refused to sell him a dozen bagels. Her defense was she had already sold 2 dozen bagels and she was running very low, so she did not have time to make more bagels if she sold a dozen more. He did not put up a fight and stated he would just take a dozen donuts. She begrudgingly sold him a dozen donuts, even though she was running low on those as well. He also asked her for the cup of Joe coffee and asked how many cups it served, to which she stated 10 before he could even finish his sentence. After ordering he had to wait another 15-20 minutes before he got his order.
As he waited he saw that the inside of the store was in need of some TLC. The order here sign hanging was completely covered in dust and cobwebs, and there was trash on the floor spread out inside. I'm not sure if this is how all Dunkin' Donuts are, or if it is just this one. Maybe this store is severely understaffed, or the manager makes this a difficult place to work so a lot of people quit or leave her high and dry. Whatever the case may be, the manager working here has no business being a manager. She clearly cannot handle the pressure of working during busy times and has no concept of getting prepared for when you have a rush. If she did, then she would not constantly be running out of food items. The gentleman in the back was very helpful though to my boyfriend, and got his order ready as fast as he could. I would avoid this location at all costs, and we certainly will never come back here, or to any Dunkin' for that matter. This left a very bad impression, and hopefully they fire this manager and make some changes...
Read moreAtmosphere was normal for a Dunkin. I had a sausage egg and cheese bagel. This bagel was the tiniest of bagels. You'd think this was a coincidence, but we went here three days in a row, and each time, it was the same tiny bagel... no hole in the middle and about 2.5 to 3 inches in diameter. Our first day here there we walked in and were directed to use the kiosk to order. I ordered an Americano, a sausage egg and cheese bagel, and an apple fritter. The guy behind the counter said they didn't have any apple Fritters and chastised me for not checking to see what was available before ordering. How about removing it from the menu when you're out of product so that it can't be mistakenly ordered. Or how about not directing people to a kiosk to where their back is turned to the counter and then blaming them in that they should've checked their inventory before ordering. The mobile ap also had the apple fritter available to order, meaning that you can order it before even showing up to check the inventory... To continue, he was visibly upset, slamming the cash register drawer and punching buttons and projecting his arm at me when handing me the receipt when he had to return the money for the purchase. Anyway, that guy was very rude and doesn't have good customer...
Read moreI'm done with this location. The first time we came here they weren't serving food for some reason, the second time, they weren't open at all, and we pulled up to the drive through for them to tell us that. Today, we showed up, waited almost 30 minutes in line to get to the drive through and sit there unacknowledged for another couple minutes. They wouldn't let us order separately for some reason, and then after we ordered food, the person on the other end just said in a deadpan, "so our oven just shut off." No apology, or explanation beyond that. We just sat there in silence because she apparently couldn't manage a simple apology for not having food items available AGAIN. They also messed up our order, and one of the drinks had dirty smears all over the side of the cup. Worst customer service, absolutely no respect, their oven shuts off randomly sometimes for some reason (???) and half the time they're not even open, and refuse to apologize or take any sort of accountability for it. This...
