If you have many hours to spend waiting, this is the place. The host seated us, and then we were just never greeted by a waiter. After 30 minutes, someone from our party (of 5 people) had to get up and ask what's happening for someone to come take our orders and bring us all waters. The restaurant was not busy at all, probably not even half full. We ordered everything we needed, including the checks, at that time. Then 45 more minutes passed, nothing, no food, no one to say sorry it's taking so long, no one checking on us at all. After a long day we were beyond exhausted and hungry. So 2 people from our group got up to go ask again, and only then the waitress came over to ask if everything was okay. When another member of the group said no, the waitress said maybe another 5 minutes until the food came out. Luckily the food tasted fine, probably just because we were famished. Definitely not...
Read moreAs someone staying at the hotel, I made a reservation for my birthday. However, I was registering for a conference at the convention center. I used FastBreak's communication system that they sent me with my reservation confirmation, stating the problem and asking if I might still be able to be seated when I was able to come. No response. When I got to the restaurant about 20 minutes late, they knew NOTHING about my communication on their system. I told them that I had a reservation but was detained. Since there were people waiting, I said that it was OK and I would understand if I could not be seated. The problem was, I got severely chastised by the employee for being late, with an angry tone of voice and an angry look on his face. He was so rude, I decided to not put my name in and wait in line for an open table. I went to an offsite restaurant. Being polite costs nothing but it has...

Unfortunately, the assistant manager John was extremely rude to myself and many others after he changed TV from the NFL playoff game to a 2021 basketball rewind by mistake but refused to turn it back (he did not seem to understand which games were important to the customers). We were all frustrated but understanding (even though it was the final 5 minutes of the 1st half) until he told everyone to “get out now” in an over the top rude tone. It was extremely busy because of a corporate sales conference and the NFL playoffs so I understand why he was frantic but half of the bar was shocked by his rudeness. I will not be back because of how my group and I were treated. I hope that assistant manager John calms down and gets through whatever he is...
