Trabucco — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

Talk about a poor service. Came for the pre fixe valentines menu and there’s a lot to unravel here. Let me state our server Jackie was fantastic other than that there is zero reasons to come to this restaurant. We had a front row seat to the absolute demise of a kitchen serving a total of 15 menu items tonight. Our pre fixe menu took over 4 hours. The management staff didn’t come by once after the second course. The “chef” was lost running expo and the entire kitchen staffed looked confused all night. Servers were about to cry and apologized endlessly. Not one manager apologized or even offered an explanation. Some of the food was good my steak was delicious but over cooked. My lobster ravioli was a joke at best pasta shells stacked on top of cold lobster that had shell in it that cut my gums. We spent four hours at dinner and had to forego the rest of our valentines plans because of the awful dinner service tonight. 1/10 will never recommend this restaurant to anyone living in or traveling to Orlando. $400 for the worst timed service I’ve...

I don't know where to start. Yesterday I tried your restaurant for the magical dining. I was pleasantly curious about the choice of dishes that your restaurant offered since I was born and raised in Italy, the menu offered an excellent selection and combinations of food. Unfortunately, my expectations were disappointed. I had Grilled octopus with caponata. The caponata had no flavor, it was bland. My husband had the arancini, nothing special, they were bland too. Then we had veal paillard and braised short ribs, it was okay but nothing exceptional. For dessert, I had the tiramisu. I tasted a bit of my dessert and then left it. This location is located very close to the Orange County convention center. They serve great food and wine onsite. They also have private dinning room. In terms of food, they are great. I have been to a few restaurants in Orlando. Sometimes it makes you giggle when you see the charge of a 750 ml San Pellegrino for 10 dollars US

I went there for business meeting at night. It was overwhelmingly welcoming at first. Later on I found our conversation was interrupted so many times by the servers.
