Cosmo lounge is the worst first off, I’m from Miami visiting seen this lounge on TikTok so I decided to go I get there they charging $20 to get in when it’s a lounge no food no nothing that sell hookah so why charge at the door, Then we get inside it’s small we ask the waitress can we get a table they said reverse only but if a table don’t have it I can sit there okay cool we found a table then order a hookah then minutes later we got the hookah we had to move BOOM we like where can we go she said the bar which the bar was packed so we literally standing there with the hookah in our hands looking stupid asks to speak with a manger waited like 20-30 minutes then we move to the other side of the bar we’re the security kept telling us don’t sit there don’t stand right here so we asking the waitress like ma’am where can we sit with our hookah till nothing at this point we aggravated and ready to go so we asking for the manager again who ain’t come the first time when she finally came we explained to her the situation she told us oh u have to wait on the owner because we don’t do refunds so we was like cool waited more time just standing finally they decided to give us back our money. • beware!! The bartenders here are over charging for drinks. I came to this bar on Friday night/ morning 8/16/25 and purchased two drinks for my husband and I which was 12 dollars each but the bartender charged my card $35. When I asked the bartender for the receipt she took a while to provide one and when she finally did the receipt she gave me had my total at $29 which she then took back and then refused to give me the receipt back. I then asked to speak to the manager. When I spoke to the manager she claimed that she could not find my transaction and that I wasn’t charged. I then showed her my account and it showed that my card was charged. She continued to assure that my card was not charged even after showing her that it was. No resolution was offered. I then asked the bartender if I could have another drink to make up for the price difference. She then asked the manager who said she could not offer another drink even though I was clearly over charged. The bartender then brings my husband and I two shots.
