Pirate's Cove Pool Bar — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

Lovely setting for poolside dining, with a nice bar area and seating by a manmade lake. Pepsi products only and a full bar round out the drinks. The food, however, is sub par and overpriced. For a poolside bar, the menu is extremely limited, consisting of only four tex mex choices. The servings were small (pics don't show scale, these were the smallest size to go boxes), particularly the added proteins, and the $10 quesadilla was really sad--cheese only, not as described on the menu, and served with a bland salsa. Everything was lukewarm at best. Definitely save $50 (for three people to eat and have two soft drinks) and go to Taco...
