I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your employees, Yahaira, during my recent visit to your store. My experience was so appalling that it warrants immediate attention and action.
While at the register, Karen was assisting me with the checkout process but encountered an issue and asked Yahaira for help. Despite my clear and polite inquiry to Yahaira, she purposefully ignored me, forcing me to repeat the question four times. Instead of offering assistance, Yahaira responded by yelling at me, stating that she was "doing her job." This behavior is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional.
There is absolutely no justification for ignoring a customerâs question or responding with hostility. Yahairaâs conduct indicates a complete disregard for customer service. If she is dealing with burnout, personal issues, or conflicts with colleagues, these problems should not be taken out on customers.
It is evident that Yahaira does not fulfill her responsibilities properly, and her attitude is detrimental to your store's reputation. I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly. Failure to take appropriate action will only result in further dissatisfaction among...

This is the worst Marshalls I had ever been to, for a moment I thought I was in Ross. Team members does not even greet you at the entrance and the register staff are rude and ignorant. I have a habit of taking the the hangers off from the clothes Iâm purchasing while Iâm waiting in line at checkout, to make it faster and easier for the staff member. Not expecting recognition but just courtesy. The staff just took it from my hand and slammed it to the bin and started talking to the other coworker in spanish. HELLO!!! Youâre in America, speak the English language and make an eye contact, thatâs...
Read moreThis particular Marshalls location felt a bit underwhelming. The store lacked exciting deals and didnât seem to offer much that would appeal to someone planning a trip to Disney or looking for items with character or theme-park identity. It felt like the store wasnât curated with the nearby attractions in mind, which is surprising given its potential.
Finding useful or unique pieces was a bit of a challenge. The layout and product selection gave the impression of a standard, outdated branch, not one tailored to visitors or travelers in the area. Overall, it was an average experience. If youâre looking for something special to pick up before heading to the parks, you may want to...
