Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Draper

For over two weeks now this store has not opened on time. On at least 5 occasions we waited for more than 10 minutes before driving off. Today was the last straw. If you say you open at 5:30 then you need to be opened at 5:30. You don’t mess with peoples morning joe or them being able to make it to work on time! We’re taking our business, after more than 5 years, to another location. You guys need to get it together!

UPDATE: 5:40 AM this morning 07/09/25 and not an employee in site. The manager doesn’t seemed concerned at all. That’s what I get for thinking I’d give them another shot.

UPDATE: yesterday the store manager called me. We had a very nice conversation and she is definitely committed to making sure this doesn’t happen going forward. I arrived this morning at 5:35 am and was greeted and helped by a very sweet young lady who did an amazing job. Kudos to this young lady and to the manager. Had the worst customer service at Beans and Brews today. Going to Beans and Brews the past month has been a daily routine for me and I’ve always had great customer service, but today was absolutely terrible. Took 20 minutes to get my order when it wasn’t even busy and as soon as I got my order it was completely wrong so they had to make it again and guess what to no surprise at all it was wrong. Then the drink had chunks of ice in then I tried to call in the store to speak with the manager and they were not in and I asked when they would be and they didn’t give me any information besides saying they could take a message. I’ve been going there for a little bit trying to get the new eggnog coffee, I’m not sure what the main guys name was, he was very respectful but resentful. I ask him for extra eggnog and specify to put a lot of extra because their coffee is bitter and burnt. And I get my coffee and it doesn’t taste like there’s ANY EGGNOG in it at ALL and we pull back around and let him know. He says he will remake it. Another worker there, Gage was his name, remakes the coffee, we apologize for the inconvenience and we thank him, and he doesn’t say a word and SLAMS THE WINDOW IN OUR FACE.
