Crumbl — Restaurant in Duarte

Update 6-21-23 Ty (is the only one) at Crumbl Cookie in Duarte that had "the fix" for my issue. I was able to place my order for 80 choc chip cookies and put in the notes (they don't allow enough characters in the notes though) that i really wanted 20 of each flavor of that week. This actually is the second time Ty has taken good care of me. Ty is taking EXCELLENT care and concern for your customers. Seriously consider an increase in pay for him. Thank you Ty!

6-20-23 I get cookies from Crumbl for our company BBQ's and events. But I can NOT order the cookies in advance knowing that the flavors change every week and the person that answers the phone has NEVER been able to answer my question, which is... How do i place the order now for next week when the website only allows me to order what the flavors are this week? I don't care what the flavors are I just need to know how to place my order now. This has happened 3 times now. Since the employees are not making you aware of this issue, which could affect many large catering events, I'd like to bring it to your attention. And I REALLY...

Thoroughly disappointed... drove very far (over an hour 🙄) to try the "mystery" cookie (pineapple upside-down) Wasn't available due to being understaffed (needed to go to target to buy canned pineapple but couldn't leave another staff member in the store alone... ended up sending another worker) I waited over 30 minutes for them... which was my decision since I'd already driven so far... when presented.. they didn't look right...1st the cherry was forgotten and the pineapple ring was not caramelized but I had no time to inspect further as I had already waited too long for batch to be cooked... well...I can not say that because after arriving home, I discovered that they were raw... completely inedible!! Combining the cost of the cookies, fuel & time... for the 100+ mile round trip... it sure was costly but... "disappointed" isn't strong enough to define the...

The experience to buy the cookies were pretty subpar. I walked in, no one really greeted me at the beginning to explain or help with selection. I did the self ordering deal and waited and cookie came after. Also the cookie was underbaked because there was some doughy texture in the middle. I will say purchasing such a trendy expensive cookie it is absolutely inexcusable to have the cookie underbaked. The cookies are just ok even when they are done right. I buy because my daughter and friends like it. Why would I ever return to a place like this that makes a mistake with undertaking a cookie. The store does nothing else but cookies. That is...
