BUZ Coffee & Energy — Restaurant in Dubuque

Buz is located conveniently down the street from my work so it is a weekly/daily stop for me and my staff. The baristas and owner always great us with a smile and excellent service. Judging from the convos I’ve over heard while in line, they really take the time to get to know their customers. I’ve had many different drinks and have enjoyed them all. My favorite is a caramel latte with chocolate cold foam. They once showed a picture of this on their instagram and it’s had me hooked and I have ordered it for a year and a half! Used to love going there went almost every week until I got an eye roll (the other customers noticed) for bringing my pitbull and talking to other customers. (Btw they’re all petting my pup since he’s got a pet me please on his leash). He’s visibly annoyed when I come to the window and I have tried to make amends on multiple occasions even before the eye roll incident. I understand people have bad days but you really should check yourself before going into work. The eye roll from the owner was the last straw for me. Amazing energy refreshers! I started ordering one of the drinks, not knowing what flavors were in it, but the guy realized this and kindly pointed to the sign that had them all listed out, then patiently waited while I reconsidered.
