Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dundee Township

if i could give them 0, i definitely would. DO NOT GO HERE. you are better off at any other place that serves literally any kind of coffee or food. it’s the closest thing to me so sometimes i find myself thinking they’ll finally get something right, and they never do. i’m always the only one in the drive thru when i’m there, they will say back my order, and always give me the wrong drink or forget something i asked for. i have never been satisfied with this dunkin’. i have now found myself taking the extra 10 minutes to either go to starbucks or the next closest dunkin’. not to mention, whenever i get their food, it’s usually cold and i have even gotten mold on one of my sandwiches :) super rude workers on top of it. definitely should have left this lot closed, would have saved so many people time and money instead of making the mistake of...

I'll be honest, I moved and havent been to this location in a while. BUT, before I moved and ANY time I come to town I will go out of my way to go to THIS location. I started coming around when they first opened this location and I think I usually met the owners (husband and wife I think) I was usually in a rush on my way to work and they always provided great service, good coffee and good food. I actually finally found my "go to" with their help and kindness. They would always let me know of any deals or happy hour type things so I could get the most for my money instead of trying to get me to just spend more. They started to remember me after a while and were always so nice and welcoming and would remember my usual order which made it feel very personable and homey. This placed is great most of the time. Their coffee is a hit or a miss, when it’s good it gives me LIFE. However some days they give me a $4 cup of ice and very minimal coffee. The one time I brought up my concern they said they added coffee, but the cup I received back tasted like watered down coffee with less ice. Today I received a cup full of ice again and didn’t have the heart to speak up out of fear of getting watered down coffee… again. Well I do hope this review allows management to promote consistency in the way they serve coffee. I would also like to add that the staff could be a bit kinder and friendlier.
