Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Dundee Township

The new receptionist was very attentive,and very detailed minded,very nice, however those making the order apparently can't heed or follow through those details given.For this reason I gave you one Star based on the contact with the receptionist. I had said that I wanted my cheesy Italian beef roasted in the oven and browned on top of cheese and apparently they couldn't do that. Second, I eyewitnesed the guy picking things with his finger from a pan in front of stove like a total of 10 x from one pan to another, back and forth-pretty disgusting sight.

I don't think that Rosati's realizes that it's important to package napkins in customers bags I didn't see any napkins on the front desk so I could grab and so when you don't see that, you assume that they put napkins in your bag. well I had a long driving distance so I had to eat my time beep in my car and I had no napkins! We rarely order pizza and when we do we consider it a treat. It wasn't a treat to talk to a rude girl on the phone who wouldn't bother looking over the order when I stated the price wasn't correct.

And then... Being told they are too busy to patiently take my order is bad business. I am on the phone all day talking to homeowners about their personal hardships and issues, I know what stress is. I also worked in fast food as a teen, and I know how stressful it can be. However, being rude to customers doesn't bring them back. If I'm rude to a homeowner, I am immediately reprimanded, and additional episodes can lead to my job being terminated.

If you hate people so much that you cant take the time to meet their demands and answer their questions, why not just quit? If you can't take an order to begin with, then how could you possibly compile an order...

This location has the best-tasting pizza ever! They actually prepare pizza with Real cheese and that is super rare.

The reason for TWO STARS is because their service sucks!! This location does not open on time! It's the luck of the draw if they answer the telephone for delivery orders. They are extremely unprofessional and you cannot plan to have pizza. Although, they are the best Rosati's location.
