Had lunch here. Had the hot and sour soup here before but it was too spicy. This time I ordered it again and asked them to make it medium spiced (and I told him this more than once). Well, it wasn't. It was hotter than before. I told the waiter this and since my meal had come I told him I didn't want the soup.
Surprisingly when I got my bill the charge for the soup was still on there. When I asked about this the waiter told me I still had to pay for it and that he couldnt do anything about it and that he can't control what the kitchen does.
So beware, obviously you will be charged for your meal if you don't like it for sny reason.
Never ate at a restaurant that charged you for something you didn't like. Very poor customer service. Won't be going back there.
The response below from Kues is not true. Why would I always order it mild and then order it medium. If the soup you served me today was medium then I would love to meet the person who can tolerate the hot. Others at my table also tried it and agreed that it was incredibly hot/spicy. It wasn't just me.
The soup was, by no means, medium. In any event this could have and should have been handled differently.

Read moreI would like to start by stating. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The problem I have is with the food. We have been ordering from this restaurant for about a year. The problem with the food has always been present. But because the staff was so great. We were always hoping for a different result. We have ordered many different things and you can never get a full sense of what the dish is supposed to taste like because it is so sugar forward. Not just one dish , every dish. Curry, Mongolian etc. The chef appears to be using excess sugar to compensate for a lack of anything remotely resembling authentic flavor. Further, when you order a dish like Generals Chicken, the coating is not supposed to fall off the machine pressed nugget onto your plate in a wet, soggy, grease sheet. The food was either in the freezer to long or not fried in hot enough oil. Again it tasted like candy. Unfortunately after regular ordering we will now stop. When the owner comes to the realization that he has a substandard Chef that needs to be replaced , we...

The food is made fresh and with love. This shines through on every dish from the bold flavor profile to the perfectly placed garnish. The vegetables are clearly bought fresh daily and cut in house to give customers the freshest available. No frozen stuff here. The freshness of the onion and mushrooms and beans and so on made each dish very satisfying. Great textures and flavor to savor. Same goes for the sauces. Clearly all made fresh in-house with the best of spices and the freshest of ingredients. The quality and freshness here is unrivaled.
As for each selection. Perfection. Fresh. Quality. Satisfying. Bold. The Red Curry was actually spiced to a proper hot when asking for hot. And overall, this was absolutely the best Red Curry I ever had anywhere in the country!
This will certainly be on my regular rotation. It should be on yours too. Just wish they...
