Not worth one star. Bad customer service!!! Very bad experience with this Fast and fix jewelry and watch repair store in Perimeter Mall. They are NO responsible for any scratches they made if you let them work on your watch at this store. I bought a new Swarovski watch on the weekend and left it there to add a link to the band with Swarovski associate. About one hour later I went back to pick my watch up and brought it back home at night & found out the watch band they touched is very badly scratched. I tried to bring it back to them as fast as I could (Bought on weekend and brought back on Tuesday morning because the busy weekends schedule and with my several young children & kids off school on Monday). The owner and their staff denied their mistake and try to complain myself made the scratch. The watch has been stayed in the box and I have not even wear it after they add the link to the watch band. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and wear on Christmas Day. I am glad I opened the box and found out the bad scratches on the watch band made by this store staff after I went home that night after purchase. They are NOT trying to fix their problems but trying to blame their customer and make their customer feeling really bad. The owner and staff are NOT friendly and DO NOT CARE about the customer at all. They kept sending me back and forth to Swarovski store with my young children and new born and deny their mistakes. Have been the customer with Swarovski over decade and it has never happen to me until this Fast and Fix jewelry and watch repair store did the service to my new watch.
I definitely will NOT RECOMMEND/ not recommend this store to anybody who want to do any repaires or work on your watches or jewelries.
It was crazy to get all the shopping done in short time on Black Friday or Saturday weekends. This is not the only one item that anyone would buy during this weekend. I like to unbox my all purchase to check when I get a chance. and I already said I have busy schedules with my young children. I did not think it would be any problem to go back to solve it at my most convenience. The watch has not been worn after taken back from your store but did found lots of fingerprints on the watch from your store!! No need to lie anything. It is a cheapest watch I have and no need to waste my time on it until being frustrated and blamed by your worst customer service.
Another thing has to be clarified it is NOT your unfriendly manger to communicate with Swarovski to replace my watch!! She has nothing to do with my replacement. She did NOTHING but complain the customer!! The customer self and Swarovski associate spent about a hour at Swarovski store to call customer service to get the watch replaced. Not you nor your manger!! Do NOTtry to make yourself pretty.
You are bunches of lies and irresponsible people based on what you did. What you did is making your customers feeling bad.
You claim that you have security cameras at your store. So you are better to double check it carefully who wore my watch and handled it after I dropped it off at at your store and before I picked it up from your store. Now I am very curious to know how your staff did...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer of Fast Fix for many years, even after relocating back to Atlanta, regularly bringing my watches here for battery replacements. Until yesterday, I’ve always received great service, regardless of changes in franchise ownership or management.
However, my experience yesterday was incredibly disappointing. I came here around 3:15 PM to address an issue with a battery replacement I had received roughly 1.5 months ago, which was no longer working. To my surprise, the employee was not only rude and dismissive but also refused to look up my information to verify my warranty or last visit details. His repeated excuse, “We are under new management and don’t have access,” made no sense. Especially since he was the same employee who had serviced me before and charged me for a new battery along with a lifetime warranty.
As I persisted in trying to resolve the issue, the employee’s negative attitude escalated, and he even questioned why my tone was changing. This lack of professionalism only intensified the situation.
After a brief exchange, the employee handed me a blank ticket and instructed me to return in 15 minutes. I returned in 10 minutes, and I observed him repeatedly banging on what seemed to be my watch. When I approached the counter, he claimed the issue wasn’t related to the battery but rather internal mechanics, which would require a $117 repair. This seemed suspicious, as my watch had been functioning fine just two days earlier.
My original intention was a straightforward battery replacement, but not only did this employee try to manipulate me into unnecessary repairs, his condescending attitude and poor customer service made the entire experience frustrating.
I trust in the value of good customer service and if someone is having a bad day, they should stay home, as no one should have to deal with negativity – especially in today’s world.
After decades of patronizing Fast Fix both locally and nationwide, my experience yesterday was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. Of course once my watch is restored to its original, functional state.
Regrettably, I don’t recommend this location to anyone. If you are in need of a repair, I suggest seeking a place where customer service is valued and the business stands...
Read moreVery poor job on replacing the stones that fell out my ring that this company had previously repaired l, and the customer service is trash. Well at least from the woman who assisted me (stated she is the manager). I picked my ring up and noticed immediately the stones were a completely different color AND my ring is badly dented and out of shape. I mentioned it when she first handed me my ring but she just completely ignored it. So instead of arguing or fighting I just left, decided I will never return, won’t recommend and definitely write a bad review since my experience was so negative. UPDATE: To the individual who responded to my review: NONE of that information you wrote was provided to me when I originally brought my jewelry in for Repairs back in December 2020. So I’m not sure why you said any of that. What was told to me back in December when you all originally repaired my rings was that if any stones fell out, I have a 6 month warranty on the repairs. So it was not done for FREE. Also again, my ring looks worst after this second time I took it to your company and it’s dented and scratched up. My mistake for not taking pictures before I left it with your company, because then I would have been able to clearly show the damage that your company did. Nonetheless, I still stand by my original review and I definitely don’t want your manager calling me because she was not friendly, or helpful and there’s nothing any one from your company can say or do to...
