My supervisor and I visited this location today in hopes of purchasing treats for our staff for the holiday. Although the ordering process wasn’t to bad, one item was made incorrectly and management refused to correct the order or come to a resolution. We specifically order the Carmel apple pie with NO nuts….and what did we get NUTS. As we understand mistakes happen, when we called to let them that there were nuts and we asked for no nuts due to a nut allergy we were told by a male worker that it was a mistake because there not use to not adding nuts. He told us that he would give us a call back in 30 minutes and guess what??? Never got a call back. So, we called again and asked to speak to the speak to the manager….and let me tell you that didn’t make it any better! Not only was the manger unprofessionally, it was clear that she lacked customer service skills. We were placed on hold multiple times and then she proceeded to tell us that we were supposed to disclose the nut allergy during online ordering. We tried to advised her that we do not have to disclose any medical information due to HIPPA policy and she still insisted that we had to disclose that information. She then tells us that we had to take a picture and send it in to her or bring it back so that she can see it. Even after the male employee told us that he put nuts on it……After going back and forth for about 45 minutes the manager tells us that we had to email their gmail and we should hear back from them immediately and then hung up in our face. This has been the most unprofessional experience and to think we were going to use them for our catering event for our employees….you can BET your last dollar that wont happen!!! I will be contacting corporate and getting to the bottom of this issue because this can easily...

I went in with low expectations and was surprised when I actually loved what I ordered!

Cinnaholic is a bakery that specializes in gourmet cinnamon rolls. The bakery is known for its vegan options, the website notes: “All our products are made with the highest quality ingredients, and are 100% plant-based, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free.” This makes it a great choice for those with dietary restrictions.

When I walked in there was only one employee who was assisting another customer. Once he finished with her he proceeded to work on what appeared to be a to go order. He did eventually greet me. He advised me of the speciality rolls they had, but also let me know I could customize one. After taking some time to look over the menu I opted for the Shake Rattle. And roll. This roll includes peanut butter frosting fresh bananas, pretzels and peanut butter cups- along with 1,032 calories!!! I ordered my roll to go. I ran to the rest room and by the time I came out it was ready!

I could not wait to try this so I opted to eat it in the comforts of my car! Let me tell you- this roll was so tasty! I tasted every ingredient noted and it made my taste buds sing!! The cinnamon rolls was soft, gooey, and full of flavor. It is so hard to believe that it lacks all the typical ingredients of baked goods.

Please note that they also offer other delights. In addition to cinnamon rolls, Cinnaholic offers cookies, brownies, and edible cookie dough!! I also saw a drink freezer and pretty sure they sell coffee too.

I would highly recommend checking this spot out if you are in search of a sweet treat. It is a unique and delicious choice if you are in the area.
