Vibrant Atmosphere with Delicious Drinks, but Watch Your Tab

I recently visited Maya Tiki and had an overall pleasant experience. The atmosphere was vibrant, even though the lounge wasn’t very crowded, which added to the intimate vibe. The drinks were delicious and truly a highlight of the evening.

However, I would advise future patrons to double-check their tabs. We had an issue where one waitress took care of our orders, but a second waitress handled our payment and mistakenly doubled our total. When we brought it to her attention, she seemed confused and unhelpful. Thankfully, the original waitress stepped in, sifted through the lounge's transactions, and refunded us the difference (a small blessing given the light crowd).

Despite this hiccup, I still recommend Maya Tiki. The vibe is wonderful, and the service was great until the payment confusion. Just keep an eye on your bill to avoid any misunderstandings.

I went multiple times and as a tiki lover, I'm thrilled about this place! The drinks were tasty and the servers attentive and hospitable! However it's awkward that they have no food menu for those of us who want to grab drinks, but not necessarily a full dinner. Also around 8pm the music went from being OK to incredibly loud and club-ish. As an elder millennial with disposable income, I am really hoping they take feedback from others to curate a playlist that suits the vibe and allows me to actually hear the person beside me. This speakeasy tiki bar is awesome! Love that it’s attached to a great restaurant too. The cocktails are reasonably priced at $15! I felt like mine was strong too. The cocktails are fun and themed.

We had a reservation and were seated in one of the side coves upon arrival. The bartenders come to you to get your order, but if you need anything, our bartender said we could to up to anyone at the bar. We were a bit lost as we were trying to grab the bill; our bartender seemed busy, so we went up to the bar to pay.
