We stopped by first thing for brunch. We were super excited because we love eating at snooze, but this location was not it. I don't know if it's because we came during a busy time or if it's because they it's a new restaurant and their staffs are not fully trained/ready. Probably had one of the worst experience and we will not be coming back to this location. We waited about 10-15 minutes to get seated which was expected for Saturday brunch. It was packed inside. There are also outdoor seatings. My fiancé ordered Pancake Flight and I asked for the Benny Duo with Chili Verde as my first option and Smashed Avocado Benny as the second one. We waited about 20-25 minutes to get our food which was a bit long. When our food arrived we got the Pancake Flight but the servers also brought out another one full order of Chili Verde Benedict and another full order of Smashed Abocado Benny. I asked for the Benny duo but our server put in two different full orders instead. They took it to the back to get that correctly and that even took a while. As soon as I cut into the poached eggs, they were overcooked and it was basically a boiled egg instead. I told my server and she was going to take care of that. She brought out another new order of the same thing, and very sadly, the eggs were still overcooked and not runny one bit. I feel like they just used those two wrong orders they brought out in the beginning and just give it to me. At that point I was just tired of asking too much and just ate the dish. The food was cold and it wasn't even freshly cooked when she brought me the new one. Very unsatisfying and it was truly disappointing. My fiancé paid for the bill. So I didn't get to see what was on the bill until we had left the restaurant. Our server had charge us two 1/2 Benny orders which came up to be ($18.75) instead of charging us the Benny Duo ($15.75) which was what I had ordered originally. Overall it was such a horrible experience. We were super excited to have a Snooze location just 10 minutes by our house but things keep going wrong one after another. We don't plan on coming back.

Table for 2 for Breakfast We’ve been fans of the Snooze restaurant chain for a while, and this visit just reinforced that. We were headed toward the Perimeter area when we realized there was a location nearby—I hadn’t even known this one existed, so it was our first time checking it out. As we got closer, Wifey opened the Snooze app and jumped on the waitlist before we arrived. Once we got there, we checked in at the host stand and were told we'd get a text when our table was ready. We waited outside for maybe 7 minutes before someone came out, called our names, and walked us to a perfect two-seater booth near the back of the restaurant. Our server, greeted us quickly with menus and waters. It didn’t take us long to decide what we wanted. The Snooze app is definitely worth downloading—Wifey had already earned enough points to redeem a free Americano from the drink menu. I ordered a Mocha, no whipped cream. For breakfast, I went with the French Toast Neat, a side of bacon, and scrambled eggs with cheese. Wifey ordered her usual—the OMG French Toast—and, of course, planned to steal one of my bacons. She thought there would be leftovers with the large portion of OMG French Toast, but it was so good it did not make it to a to-box. Overall, we had a great  experience. The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming, and Victoria T took excellent care of us from beginning to end.

I was excited to meet my colleagues for lunch at Snooze. I usually go to the Alpharetta location which is great. What a disappointment. The restaurant wasn’t busy hardly anyone was there which was surprising since the Alpharetta location is always very busy, crowded with lines out the door waiting to be seated. Although the restaurant wasn’t crowded the service was slow. We had to wait to have our orders taken and wait a long time to get our food. Not to mention all of our food did not arrive at the same time. I receive my bacon and hash browns and sat there waiting for my pancakes as was my colleague. An employee who I guess was a manager walked by and asked if we were waiting on something, we informed him that we hadn’t received our pancakes. The pancakes arrived room temperature and were not hot!!! The hash browns were salty, the pancakes were flat and dry, not good at all. We had a disappointing dining experience. The food and service did not favorably compare to the dining experience at the Alpharetta location. What a complete disappointment. Our waitress had a dry personality and she was not attentive despite the fact that the restaurant wasn’t busy. My 1st and last time dining at this location.

Great customer service. The food was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed a cinnamon pancake that was beyond delicious! I had eggs with extra cheese cooked and scrambled hard with onions. I also enjoyed hash browns now make sure when you attend you tell them the specific way you want your hash browns to be cooked because they can either say flat and crispy or in a like pilaf type situation where they're a bit more soft. I had them flat and crispy or flattened hard which means they're just a bit more cooked they were absolutely delicious. Also had a tofu scramble that was yummy there were no crumbs left behind on any plates. I had a delightful hot cocoa that was just to die for! It was all super delicious .

Although my ex didn't have enough cheese in them, I did let the waitress know who is very attentive, she let the manager know they took it off our bill and she brought me back the eggs, they tried really hard to fix it but I think they just sprinkled the cheese on the eggs and wanted it to melt on its own because it wasn't really melted but at the end of the day all the food was really really good. The flow of traffic that day was really smooth it was busy in there but it wasn't chaotic at all we got great service our waitress was frequent she checked on our table often. If you have not frequented this location do so, you won't be disappointed!you won't be disappointed!

While sitting at the bar, Jamal was our bartender and he was absolutely stellar! He was above and beyond the best bartender I have had in a long time. He was friendly and accommodating he knew the menu he explained things he told me his favorites, he was relatable he was personable he kept up good conversation he knew a lot about the drinks that he served he also had a great general conversation about the different foods the ones that he's tried and loved some of the staff favorites he gave great customer service he fixed me amazing drinks and hot cocoa we truly truly enjoyed him he definitely loves his job and he is representing the brand and this restaurant and a major way and if you guys keep him on board you will have a lot of...

Our visit started a little rough, but our waiter saved the day. We had a group of 8. I went to the website to put us on the waitlist and it says if you have 7+ you need to call the restaurant. So I called and the hostess told me to go back to the website and pick 6 people and add a note that we had 8. I asked if she could just go ahead and put us on the list since we were already talking and I would know to do that next time. She sounded annoyed and told me no that they are pushing people to use the website and refused to take my name. But how would anyone know that?! So I went back to the website and did what she told me to do. When we got there we had a wait of 11-26 minutes. I checked in and seeing how busy they were told them if they needed to split us into 2 groups of 4 that was fine and let them know one group was kids. So we needed to at least be near them to keep an eye on them. We waited 40 minutes and I went back to check in and said we were also happy to sit outside in the shade if that helped them out (it’s 88 degrees today). She was visibly annoyed and told me she already planned to sit us outside and to bring everyone inside. I brought them in and she huffed and told us to go back outside and meet her on the patio. We stood on the patio for 5 minutes she finally came out and was talking to someone and clearing off a smaller table. We asked if we could just sit at the 2 clean tables we were standing next to. She huffed again and said “fine.” I didn’t understand the attitude. We weren’t being rude. So, the attitude was throwing us for a loop. Luckily our server Teyo(?) was fantastic! He was super friendly and chill and managed our kids chaotic/picky ordering with ease. He had a great sense of humor and took great care of us. Our food and drinks came out quick and everything was delicious. We will be back because of him and hopefully the hostess will be in a better mood.

Side note: There’s another review complaining about the hostess on here from a few months ago with a photo. It’s the same woman...
