I normally give great reviews but THIS DAY!! Unbelievable!! I was purchasing a frame but needed to go to the back to get the attachments to hang the frame. I was glad I noticed it because I was not told nor didnât notice it until I was on my way out. But thatâs not the issue because the young girl was very nice and took care of me. So this 1 star âď¸ is for you. My issue was when I got to the register and the cashier âMarnitaâ âWâ was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. First she didnât speak, when she rung me up it wasnât the right price. After I gave her the slip from the back of the exact amount. She huffed and puffed asked for the manager. The manager was worst asking me whatâs wrong with the picture. I was confused of why she asked that. So I told her nothing is wrong, I had to get the wire attached to the back of the frame and the lady from the back gave me the slip to have it rung up here. The manager gave me a look of confusion and asked did I do something to the frame. SMH!! I told her no. BASICALLY both ladies seemed like they were having a bad day. Took it out on me by talking rude and was trying to close their register at the same time while trying to take care of my transaction. They finally just checked out the slip from the back again and rung me up the right price, then walked off. I had to stop the cashier and ask her can I get a bag. Here came the attitude again. She barely put it in the bag and I ended up bagging my very large frame myself. I could not believe the level of customer service. First of all, I will start off by stating I am a business owner myself, so I understand the importance of customer service and providing each customer with an experience that encourages them to continuously return. Yesterday afternoon, I went inside of this location to acquire a couple of things for a DIY project, only to have my money checked by an employee who stated that my money was fake. I took the same money that he said was fake to the bank and they said there was nothing wrong with the money. They donât know why he would state that it was fraudulent. Today I went into the same location again purchasing items I gave the same employee a few $20 bills to pay for my total only to have the money inspected again before I got to the front I watched him match it three Caucasian womenâs money. If you do not see the prejudice in this situation that I donât know what to tell you, I spoke with the manager about how I feel the level of discomfort any store and he was extremely nonchalant and dissmisve.    Read moreToday I visited the Dunwoody location to purchase a coffee mug to complete a set of three I got from another retailer. An employee by the name of Candice was already in the coffee mug area and she was absolutely pleasant and most helpful. She explained and showed me where to look - mugs are not in a central location. I couldnât find the mug, so I showed her an online photo and she said she didnât recognize it as one being on display. So she started to go over and beyond when she found the mug in a clear plastic bin located on the very top shelf of another aisle that didnât have mugs on display. I was amazed at the extent to which she went to ascertain if her store had the mug I needed to complete my set. Everything about Candice, including her spirit, was unparalleled in the best positive way possible. The customer service she gave today was refreshing and definitely appreciated.
