I don't tend to heap love on a business but this place had a casual but somehow eager staff. Eye contact was made before air could exchange in the door opening. I was promptly welcomed to the place and made to feel like I was in great hands, which proved true. I have two phones that I've been using to compare the prepaid cellular offerings available these days. My requirements were quality phones at reasonable prices and usability at my workplace. T-Mobile would have been my previous try if they weren't so desperate to turn a huge profit on phone sales. If I could give this 0 stars, I definitely would!!! I've been with cricket now for 1 year and I've had nothing but problems!! I pay $94 for an "unlimited plan" that isn't unlimited at all!! Not only that, I have been through more than 5 phone's!!! All the phones have crashed!!! The first couple of months were good, but every since then, I have constantly been on the phone with customer service at least twice a week, purchased multiple phones and still the same problems over and over again!!! I took my phone up there to get it put on a plan. Mateaya said everything looked good with my phone proceeded to charge me $100 for the whole process and SIM card.when she went to put in the Sims card it wouldn't work and she refused to give me a refund or fix the problem.
