Krispy Krunchy Chicken — Restaurant in Durant

Went here with my niece on Friday August 23rd and will never go here again the service when ordering our food was great the lady was nice and polite , we stood off to the side waiting for our order and saw several people that ordered after we did getting their orders before us we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food the lady giving people there orders didn’t even bother to ask either of us if we even received our order it took my niece asking the lady where our order was because we’d been waiting so long come to find out they Lost our order ticket and never said anything to either of us and just let us keep waiting there , food was not worth what we paid the biscuit that came with my 3 piece chicken tender box was very dry and the chicken was ok but not great could have used some more seasoning and the Mac& cheese was good my niece ordered a Plain chicken sandwich with nothing on it she goes to open it up there is pickles on it and I under stand you can literally just pick them off but the inside of the bun was soaked in pickle juice and she couldn’t finish it there was another lady who was waiting even longer than we did for her food and they lost her Order ticket as well and didn’t tell her until the 3rd time she walked up there. This review is driven by ONE THING I witnessed while waiting almost 25 minutes on a Saturday to order a meal. I had time to people watch. I was observing a young man bust his butt off taking care of the dining area/lobby!!! I watched parties of 10 (with kids) get up from the table and leave a mess that a tornado looked to have left. Without a sour look, without hesitation, without complaint…that young man worked like he owned the place and took pride in it. Most people making hourly wages work like, “ Don’t rush me I get paid by the hour!” Not him! He was practically running, cleaning, wiping, moving chairs into place, sweeping up. He has an excellent work ethic for his age. He needs to be in management or a position more suited for him. Maybe behind the counter assisting guests. I had enough time to ask him his name so I could leave this review. I challenge you to check the cameras around 1:00 a.m. Sunday before Memorial Day so you can get an understanding about what I’m talking about. His name is Reagan. Reagan needs to be recognized. Went to this chicken place again today 12/25/2021 & waited 52 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken. Many customers were very upset & yelling, but the older lady that said she was the manager just kept making excuses. She claimed one of her workers walked on her today & that's why there were so behind, yet they are always behind. Choctaw please close this place & bring in a decent chicken place that actually cares about the customers. It appears to me now that choctaw doesn't care how horrible the service is at this place. DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
