pulled up at 1521, were leaving by 1544; 20 min wait in drive thru is unacceptable--esp when the line wasn't even close to as full as it has been/could have been, & we were next up to order upon arrival (car ahead of us was just finishing theirs...) ...they were nice & all, order was correct, (ought to have been for the amount of time...well, minus a slight miscommunication, but nbd & was resolved just fine, & rest was hot & accurate) it just took way too long... (& im an experienced patron whos from seattle--been a regular my whole life, so i know what the expectations should be) ...made us late to work (if drive thru time would have been what its supposed to then we would have had plenty & been early even, we weren't even far...& tbh even my last time inside the store felt a bit longer than it should have been that time too & i only ordered 1 drink, so im starting to wonder if this is a consistent...
Read moreThis location has the potential to be great however, the people that work this location and I’ve seen multiple crews have no customer service abilities. There’s generally one woman that is trying to greet and take orders for everything but no one else seems to know how to speak this location it’s very frustrating when you walk in and the only person I see is her and you have to wait two or three minutes when there’s other people standing around conversation with one another, but not greeting customers and or taking orders, I would highly encourage corporate to get more involved with what customer service looks like the standard what is. Starbucks is between Dallas, Texas and Durrant Oklahoma. This by far is the worst one as far as Customer Service and this is not the first time it has happened. Read moreI ordered a trenta strawberry refresher easy ice no water. Speaking to some friends who are Starbucks employees and they all agree this is easy. Just add base and ice no issues. They first gave me a venti and charged for a trenta. Ok whatever. Then they messed up making it three times before they got it to me and I was ready to leave. A trainer should not have this much trouble making a drink when there is only one customer. I would have gotten 3 over my visit but with how much trouble they had making one I got one and wanted...
