Panda Express — Restaurant in Eagan

Went in the service was not great. First the guy comes up with airpods in his ears and he was actually talking on them while on the line. Comes up to take our order then the "manager pulled him away right as I was saying my order and then the manager (who was probably the rudest) then tells another girl who was on the line help us. This employee was kind but the manager just kept rushing everyone and had a rude tone the whole time. Hasnt been the first issue with them. My fiancé one night went in to grab to go for us as I was finishing at work and I get home to eat. They put NO protein in my meal. I ordered Orange Chicken and teryaki chicken and there was nothing. I called and they tired to accuse me of not telling the truth. We went back in to show them we weren't lying. They finally believed me but I couldn't get the entrees I wanted cause they didn't want to cook anything cause it was too close to close for them. I settled for a double order of at least one entree I wanted but just was upset they acted like I was lying when they clearly didn't do their job right....

Little disappointed in the service tonight. Its 830pm and there are 6 people in front of me and 6 behind me and more coming in the door but we are told "this is all the food we have left and will not be making more". That is poor business in my opinion, not to mention poor service. You have the items on the menu and the product available but are unwilling to put forth the work. This is sad, we are a once a week customer but this may be changing since we tend to come around 8pm. Maybe consider staying open later? Or keep ALL items available as long as you are open.

Since this review i have noticed some staffing changes and quality of food as well as service steadily increase. Today 6/10/19 being the pinnacle of that rise in quality. Our order was as fresh as could be at 730pm. Service was fast and polite. By far my best experience ever at any Panda Express location....

Very average, there was no steamed brown rice available, practically forced my choice for their fried rice which had zero flavor. The orange chicken was the star, but it’s always good. I had two orders of cream cheese wontons and if I hadn’t asked, I would have received only one sweet and sour sauce. I always feel like Panda Express is trying to save money and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I keep reminding myself of this every time I come. The wonton wrappers weren’t light and crispy, they were heavy and dull, as if they are some other material than traditional wonton wrappers. The filling is also strange in flavor and the cheese had a broken curdle instead of whipped and smooth. I’ll skip this location in the future and stick with mom and pop chinese places. Far from gourmet. Also- there’s a hole in the sidewalk out front with a rusty metal pipe inside it. Hope no one gets their foot stuck in...
