This facility was usually a five star location up till this past Saturday (About 1pm). The service was the worst i have ever had (That is saying a lot considering Applevalley is terrible). The cooks were in the back messing around with the female staff laughing and having a jolly ole time while they were completely out of steak and dang near out of barbacoa on the line. My wife and i were 6&7th in line and it took us 25min to get served, are you kidding me. My wife went first and got a barbacoa burrito. I was next and ordered the same thing but after putting a tiny bit of barbacoa meat on she goes well we are out now what other meat would you like on this? You are joking right, they didn't inform me that they were out of barbacoa and put some of the bottom scraps in my burrito and says choose something else and by the way we are out of steak too. At this point i am almost ready to walk out. The only reason they are out of meat is due to the cooks are still in the back flirting or god knows what with the female staff in back. Now to top it off the person rolling the burrito could not roll one to save her life. She was basically mashing everything into a ball and trying to roll it, therefore causing them to fall apart and rip so she was asking us if we would like her to add a second tortilla. NO i do not want two damn tortillas. This place is now a joke in my book and i will be going to the location off Cliff due to the lack of customer service and employee management. Read moreWe just waited 40 minutes in line, drove from the other chipotle because they were only accepting online orders. The only person that seemed to be doing her job was the girl on the tortillas and meat. We were in line for 25 minutes, finally got to order and were told they weren’t doing quesadillas but they aren’t making them right now! That’s the entire reason we were there. We finally started getting through the line and hit the salsas, but no one was working the salsas, not only was no one there, but there was a girl out cleaning tables when there’s a stack of online orders to be made, 8 people waiting for their online orders and over 10 people in line. The girl at the register just stood there with her arms crossed. Why would you not help the girl on the line?!?!? While we were waiting for the salsa a guy came out and took all the salsa so he could break the table down to prepare for closing (yes I know IVE WORKED IN THE INDUSTRY) he decided to prepare for closing instead of help finish the 9 different orders sitting on the counter getting cold. Literally all our food is cold and the chicken is in the danger zone which is against serve safe. This is a shame, the online orders should have a separate person working it. Read moreI noticed that the review I left a few weeks ago has "disappeared" from their page 🤔🤔🤔 We had a HORRIBLE experience..... Everything from them having 4 people working on online orders up front and ignoring the ever growing line of customers in the store, to the girl that rolled her eyes and slammed the sour cream on the side I asked the cashier for (who happened to be the store manager because I forgot to ask her as she was angrily making my bowl that she treated like it was an opponent in a wrestling match) on the counter. The manager witnessed all of it and didn't seem at all concerned when I made a complaint. Tonight my husband gave them one last try.....Same thing minus the girl snd her WWE moves....He waited for 45 minutes....That is UNACCEPCTABLE!! Customers in the store should be priority.... I've been to multiple Chipotle's and yes, online orders were being made but, the customer in the store came first. And I've never waited more than maybe 20 minutes even on the nights that lines are out the door and halfway around the building....
