Update: May 11, 2025 (Mother's Day). Well, I finally made it to Culver's! First time EVER in a Culver's restaurant. The employees were great even tipped 2 of them (one a $20 bill and $5 for the other who helped take food to my car). I ordered three very customized dinners for my Mom, wife, and myself that cost $101 with a 10% military discount that came out to $91 and change. With that said.
The atmosphere of this place is interesting as I thought Culver's was a "sit down" restaurant with waitresses/waiters taking orders. To my surprise this isn't the case you order your food at a counter, pay for it, and they give you a number to take to a sit down table, which a server will bring your dinner to ya. The only issue I had was the overhead menu which is too cluttered with items to figure out what you want. The one employee who I gave a $20 tip gave me a simple menu to order from which helped greatly!!
The menu they have doesn't match the DoorDash app. I found items that Culver's offers not available on DoorDash?!? Weird. The total time from ordering to leaving Culver's was about 30 mins, but I wasn't in a hurry. Wanted to make sure the orders were correct and properly bagged. Even told the employees to take orders from other folks that were in a hurry first. Overall, the atmosphere and service was excellent in my opinion.
Lastly, their shrimp is better than Applebee's offering. The Cod fish is superb, and my Mom and wife loved it!!!!
Can't rate their service or atmosphere as my order was through DoorDash. I never have been to the restaurant itself, but will one day. With that said.
I ordered their 2 piece fried Cod with mashed potatoes with gravy and Cole slaw. The fish was delicious and huge, but the mashed potatoes needed more salt though in my opinion. The Cole slaw was good. Would recommend for those that...
Read moreCulver's in Florida are much, much, much better than this one and the restaurants up in MN! I had the best service and food at any Culver's from there, but not here! Work needs to be done at this chain, employee training as well.
After years since last visiting this location, this one has gone downhill in my view.I had a extremely bad experience and a young employee tried to enforce a mask policy on me before I ordered, no "hello Welcome to Culver's," and while I was wearing one, it was not good enough apparently! I should have walked out, then, but could not make it to another Culver's.
Regardless, a bad ButterBurger, (I even asked them to remake it and they looked me like I was strange) the worst one I have had at any Culver's in 7 months, poor service, I am extremely hesitant in coming back.
One family owns most of the chain in the Twin Cities and a generic apology letter won't change my mind in paying for lousy food. Discrimination happens to those who complain and are non-conformists in MN "Nice" land..
One thing about a culture, especially in the food business that when iy makes you feel non-valued as a customer, and writes you off as worthless and does not refund your money, you know it is motivated by money and brand-name, and quanity, not quality!
Not all Culver's are the same! I have the experience to back up my statements, not just empty talk. I will think twice before coming to another Culver's in MN.

Read moreUpdate October 2023 - have stopped by twice this month and food has been phenomenal. Thank you for taking our reviews into consideration. :)
Update 6/15/23 - disappointed with ice cream once again. Was excited to try the flavor of the day - caramel fudge cookie dough. What I received was almost plain vanilla ice cream, half melted, with a drop of caramel and no evidence of fudge. A few pieces of cookie dough were in it. Dear owner, please speak to your staff. When people order these things, they expect these core ingredients to be there. I’ve noticed that the lack of cookie dough is only a prob at this location. :( pic added for your reference.
Update 4/22/23 - Very impressed - the owner wanted to make things right. They sent two vouchers for free concrete mixers. Thank you! :) giving 4 stars as there was not much cookie dough in the mixer. However, staff is wonderful and friendly as always. And the cod sandwiches were perfect!
4/12/23 - second time in a row that we have had a bad experience here. Got a mini cookie dough & caramel concrete mixer today. The server dropped it off at the drive line and it was already a melted puddle. Moreover, there was hardly any cookie dough or caramel. Disappointing because I paid almost $5 for this :( Do not foresee returning in the...
