Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Eagan

First I want to say thank you to the young man who gave me the card for a free sandwich because I had to wait a bit longer than the pickup time indicated on the app (and no, I did not complain, they seemed quite busy and I can totally understand that feeling). Anywho, your kindness made up for the fact that the three steak sandwiches that were ordered were not what I ordered online. Instead of two 99's add lettuce I had two 56''s no mayo, no lettuce or mushrooms and the cheese was not melted. And the 17 also had no mayo and unmelted cheese. . This is usually my Jersey Mike's go to spot, and the sandwiches are always SPOT ON whether ordered online or in the store. I dont k ow if the young man on the grill was new and training and maybe a bit rushed, But tonight they kinda flopped. I will definitely come back again, I just hope that next time my sandwiches are...

Stopped by on what was arguably the most beautiful day of the year sun shining, perfect breeze, and yes, fishing opener, which in Minnesota might as well be a state holiday. Most folks were out on the lake chasing walleyes, but what really stood out to me was seeing the leadership at this sandwich shop fully present and working right alongside the team.

It says a lot when the people in charge are willing to roll up their sleeves and show up, even when they’d have every excuse not to. That kind of commitment doesn’t go unnoticed. The vibe was positive, service was quick, and the food hit the spot. You can taste the pride in what they do.

Props to the crew, especially the leadership for holding it down while the rest of Minnesota was out fishing....

Went to this location for the first time today. The service was awesome. Being greeted as I walked in, asking me if I had any questions about the menu, food was done in a timely manner, overall the service and food was awesome. Will definitely stop by again.

Edit: first time was good. This time was not. Poor communication. Supposedly they were running a contest and sent out free certificates to local businesses for 4 free sandwiches. I got in and was told all 4 people needed to be in. That was never communicated. All they said was tough luck can't do much. Maybe work on work on better communication as it seemed from what one of the workers said I wasn't the only one that came in with this certificate that got turned away. Other places to eat...
