Unfortunately, I am having to edit my previous review of this location. I am usually a fan of Raising Cane's. Why, Raising Cane's, do you advertise your chicken as being "Cooked to Order" when more often than not it is NOT cooked to order? To me, when I hear "cooked to order" I assume that when I order the chicken, it will be cooked at that time. Once again, my chicken tenders order was served to me in less than one minute, which may seem like a good thing to most, but the chicken couldn't possibly be cooked to order that quickly. It was warm, and tasted like it was sitting in a warmer for a while. The fries were also cold and worst of all, the Texas Toast (which I usually love!) was actually cold, and not even luke warm. The cole slaw was cold, so I guess you did get one thing right. Sorry for the poor review, but when you make a big deal and advertise your chicken as "cooked to order" you have to deliver, otherwise it's just false (or at best, misleading)...

I got the 3 finger basket, chix was greasy and undercooked, small for chicken finger size, compared with other restaurants in the same niche market as Cane's. The "Texas" Toast was small that I got and not done enough, sesame seeds, not good on the bread. I can make better toast that what I had with my order. Another thing, the employees are all high schoolers or college aged and don't know diddly about customer service, had a hard time getting my lemonade filled because I wanted to do an Arnie Palmer drink. I was told the lemonade "was extra," when I had not even gotten it filed the first time, because the other counter employee didn't listen. Extremely loud atmosphere so you have to talk loud to employees to get anything. Drive-thru orders seems to take precedence over take-out or dine-in orders. I did answer the survey, but np response from owners/manager. High probability I will never get the $8.99+tax meal I had again or...

Decided to go here for the first time. I had guests with me as well from out of town. I was told the order was going to take a while, and they asked if I can go park do they can bring the food out to me. I waited patiently, and 25mins go by and nothing happens. I called, no answer and just as I was going to go in, some young kids come out and they give me a bag. The bag contains fries, no actual meal. I spent $25 but received no meal, wrong order and waited 25mins for that. The employees were rude as well. I would get it if it was a mistake and there was some understanding going on, but the way they were operating was just completely unprofessional. After we moved on with our day, a friend of mine told me she experienced the same thing at this location. So I don’t know if it’s just this specific location. I will not be returning here again. If I can go less than one star, I would. Wasted time, money and...

Yo just look at this mini chicken strip 🤏🧐 I know each location is different but at least the eagan one sourced smaller bread and chicken at some point while prices have raised and they even cut the bonus pay for closers. Hows a restaurant thats constantly got someone there if not a fat line gonna do all that? Raise price, shrink portions, and pay employees less? Bless the employees they do a great job they always fast and accurate its just the corporate management is going further than most places to keep profits up. Tastes great as always tho, just make a policy where a mini strip don’t count as a full one to make customer feel less scammed, then they come more often and corporate gets their profits.

This was my first experience with this fast food restaurant. The food was hot and fresh and the service was fast. The restaurant was pretty busy but was still relatively clean. I liked that you could order chicken fingers in bulk as well as get large cups of dipping sauce. The ice was also a nice surprise. Most restaurants use cube ice, this one used small crushed ice which I prefer. My one complaint was that there wasn't much variety. All in all decent place for the price.
