Firstly, They do not have the correct hours posted so you never know when they actually open/close. I’ve tried several different times in the morning and they’re never open - it’s very frustrating. It’s a coffee shop… why is it closed most of the morning?!
Secondly, most often my coffee is extremely bitter and is lacking the creamers/flavors besides the espresso shots. I don’t have time to go back through the drive through (indoor is not open yet), and I shouldn’t have to. That’s a lot of money down the drain… but I keep going back because when it’s done properly…it’s so good!
Lastly, when they are open, their drive through takes 20-30mins to get through. Sometimes more. It’s the longest wait I’ve ever experienced consistently.

I spent half a day at this Starbucks yesterday (Thursday, September 5th, 2025), and I was incredibly impressed by the level of service. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations around the country, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had.
The customer service was exceptional. My drink was made quickly and delivered directly to my table, no name called out, no confusion. Multiple employees checked in on me throughout my stay to see if I needed anything. At one point, someone came around with a tray of waters, offering them to all the customers. When I finished my drink, an employee cleared my table and asked if I’d like another water, then brought me a fresh one in a larger cup.

I'm a regular here and I know they've been dealing with staff/supply shortages in recent months so I understand the need to be closed at times because this is a super busy location with very limited drive thru space. However, I share feelings with other reviewers here...if the store is going to be closed for the day I would appreciate updated google status/hours for that day. Not sure if that's in the control of the store or not. But it is frustrating to frequently head over between work meetings and find the store closed, as the next nearest store adds at least another 30min onto a coffee run. Champagne problems...but it's worth mentioning as this has been several months now.
