I know some people like to give this place a bad review, but I am giving this place 5 stars. Why? Because they have free and easily accessible bathrooms, open to the public, whether or not you buy anything, at all. And in today's fear and panic oriented environment, when both the local government and the local media are spreading fear over the current viral epidemic, that is no small feat. Many places have closed their bathrooms--even to paying customers. Some areas (like Jersey City, for example), have whole malls of stores with no bathrooms open anywhere, at all! So, any place, like the brave owners/workers at this Dunkin', that dares to defy those fear-mongerers and keep their bathroom open to the public (an absolutely essential public service, by the way!), is good in my book--regardless of what the coffee and food are like--and still gets FIVE STARS, in my book--that's for sure! I travel a lot, and I absolutely NEED free public bathrooms, in many different areas and places. They are essential--and anyone who says otherwise can discuss it with my good buddy: Mr. Four Knuckles! No society can function, nor stay in business long, without unfettered access to FREE PUBLIC BATHROOMS!!! If you are afraid--stay home and rot! I go out EVERYWHERE, almost EVERY DAY--UNAFRAID! Life has been GOOD to me. GOD has been GOOD to me. I will go, when it is my time, to go, not one minute sooner. So, therefore, I am NOT worried. Are YOU? Do you have FAITH? If you have FAITH, then you must have no FEAR (and the converse is true, also). I have FAITH, so I am NOT afraid. ...
Read moreCame to this Dunkin’ Donuts this afternoon. The kid at the register took my order on my receipt. My drink was right, but when he served me my drink, it was wrong when I tried to tell him he kept pulling at what I ordered and my coffee did not look anything like the picture, he then poured the Coffee into another cup scraped off what what was the wrong topping and then went ahead and added whip cream and then served it to me it looked like it was nothing but milk in the cup no ice and thought this serve it to me then I asked to speak to a manager he didn’t he got mad then another old man came to the register. I told him I wanted my drink remade. You have to sit here and tell them to stop talking to you because they like to over talk you I’m paying for a drink. I know what I ordered. I know what I want. I never have this issue in the morning the morning. Staff is amazing the night staff is another whole story that Duncan was disgusting crumbs and food all over the place. You can’t even sit down at at the table, which is what I wanted to do with my coffee and my daughter to sit down it’s really sad I’ll take my money somewhere else and go to a different Dunkin...
Read moreI go here all the time. I go to the counter and wait. This young guy at the counter tells me to wait and then I wait indefinitely. Finally, asked if the coffee is ready, to which the person responds "It would have been nicer if you didnt show attitude". I was shocked to notice such a reaction. If someone is frustrated in life or frustrated with someone else, there is no reason to take it out on someone like me who has nothing to do with his prior experience. I also witnessed this person a few days go using profanity and getting into a heated argument with his peer who works at the same place, and then it got escalated to his boss. Dunkin is a brand and should consider twice before employing people who are particularly rude and condescending to customers, especially when it is not customer fault. If not for coffee, what else would a customer order at dunkin? A pack of cold beer?...
