Steve Filippou's Twisted Pizza Order Online — Restaurant in East Greenwich

Today was my first visit to Twisted Pizzeria, East Greenwich today. I ordered online a 16 in veg pizza for take out. When I reached the take out desk, one waitress was over the phone taking an order, probably. Another waitress was helping the previous takeout customert. I could see my pizza boxed up and ready for pickup near the oven in the kitchen. After few minutes of looking into her register, she said there is some software issue and called another guy for help, who was dumbstruck as the other waitress. While I was waiting I saw that 3 orders of food were placed on the counter for her to serve, but the waitress for still working on the software issue trying to bill the customer who came before me. She went to another register at the bar to bill them. After few minutes of the food getting cold on the counter, she picked them up and served them. At that moment I felt sorry for the dine in customers in that restaurant. She went to serve them instead of billing the previous customer. then she came back and then finally resolved the billing issue using the register at the bar. then happened the most interesting conversation, She asked me "what are YOU waiting for?" I was shocked since I have never heard such a greeting in any restaurant in the united states. Probably its specific to Twisted Restaurant group, I don't know. Then I thought, you moron I am standing next in line in the take out desk, what else would I be waiting for? but I didnt say that, being a decent guy that I am. I said I am here to pick up order number 24. Remember all this time, which was over 12 minutes the other waitress was on the same call taking some order. Finally, she was done and she went ahead and picked up the warm pizza and handed it over to me. They gave be 18 loyalty points for this order. Sorry Twisted, I am going to most certainly cheat...

Let’s just say I am very disappointed with this location. I had ordered my food for pick up, my estimated pick up time was at 8:55 PM, I show up a few minutes later around 9:03ish. But before I get into that, The girl at the front desk was very rude and was acting obnoxious with the cooks in the back, they threw my sandwich across the room like they were playing fetch, The girl from the front did not catch it and it dropped on the floor. Yes it was packaged but it is still rude to be throwing my food around like that. Then as she’s handing my food she has an attitude and is trying to rush me out for her to just go to the back and goof off. I proceed to leave and then get home which I only live five minutes away. As I sit down to eat I noticed that the presentation of the food looked not so appealing, as I started eating the food with my family it was cold as if it was sitting there for a while. I am very disappointed because this was my first time trying twisted pizza at this location. After I saw how my nachos and pizza skins looked like… I refuse to eat anything else. And currently right now my stomach is twisting in knots… and so is the rest of my family… I am looking to get a refund because I do not want to eat anything from this...

Oh my God don't ever go to this place to eat this place was horrible the pizza was awful the hot grinder was disgusting and the chicken wings let's say they were okay. About the place in general it looks clean but when we sat at a table to see the menu the table was the sticky that my hand got stuck to it please use water and soap to clean your tables. The atmosphere very cold not a place to take children when you have people who come and sit at the bar and drink and other who come in and sit at a table and have loud conversation on their phone and you could hear their conversation and the only thing that comes out of their mouth is foul language and no one said anything to her and oh my goodness the manager there she is so loud. Bottom line is not worth it we paid $60 or more for disgusting food or should I say we pay $60 to hear that lady talk on her phone using foul language and hearing the manager speaking so loud talking about things that she shouldn't be talking...
