Jimmy John's — Restaurant in East Lampeter Township

Ordered at the drive thru. Was told to go to the window to pay. Sat there for 10 minutes. Had to eye one of the employees (who I'm pretty sure was the one who took my order). They open the window and look at me like why am I here. Mind you, I'm THE ONLY PERSON IN THE DRIVE THRU. Then they proceed to ask me what my order was. How dude. How do you not know? Y'all weren't busy believe me I was watching. This is why chic filet next door had a line around the corner why I promptly left. Now personally I have to say I am really disappointed because after the pandemic most of Jimmy John's left the east coast and this was the first one I found in a long time and I was really really excited to try it again because the first time I had it was in Indiana and I was hooked. I would actually eat here before any other fast food restaurant because I feel like the food is at least a little bit fresher. But after going through that I'll never return it's...

First time we came here, it was terrible cause they got our order wrong. And we even ordered iin person too. Gave them a try AGAIN for the second time. This time we ordered online n came to pick up our order. Apparentl, they didnt have enough tuna to make for our large sandwich, so we had to pick something else. Then they didn't have cookies, so I had to pick another side for my combo. Came home to eat my tuna, n the tuna was so salty, it was horrible. I thought I gave them a try again but apparently this isnt it. Not coming back here again. Also I wanted my sandwich to cut in half, it wasn't. N to take the bread out on both sandwiches, it wasn't either. Had to throw away my sandwich cause it...

Great quality food, always friendly service and clean place. Only reason for 4 stars is every time I go, there is only 1 person doing everything. Same person taking orders in restaurant, doing drive thru and making subs. Really should have at least 2-3 people especially during lunch hours. Takes awhile for 1 person to do...
