Arby's — Restaurant in East Norriton Township

I'm very upset. Please, to the owner of this franchise, hire people who want to work. This man was totally miserable, lied, and told me the shake machine is not working. He did not want to make more meat, so he put the little he had on 3 long roll buns. This man made me wait in the drive through.Youre going to lose a lot of business becaus3 of this type of attitude. I ordered 3 new Angus cheese steaks, and I wanted a shake. He told me the machine was broken,then I waited about 10 minutes at the drive-through for bread with a lot of mayo and hardly any meat . I took pictures, and I want something done because I work hard for my money for a lazy person who doesn't want to make more food to service what we asked for. That's a disgrace. I went there yesterday and a lovely lady served me ,very polite fast and there was meat in the bread, I then went today and he was totally miserable. I would have made it myself, but I work. I would not buy fast food if I had time. That's disgusting, and my kid and I had to eat it, for there was nothing else. I went there on 06-24-25. The time was 11 38 give or take. I do have the receipt, and I expect something to be done. Pictures don't lie or videos, and I would not serve anyone in that manner. Wow! Me and my husband have eaten at this Arby's off and on for 22 years. We had takeout last night from this location. As we walked in to a dirty looking store to order, the staff were gathered together talking and laughing near the drive thru window. We stood there for a while and I finally had to cough in order to get someone's attention. No greeting, he just looked at us while we told him what we wanted. We walked over to a dirty container to get our b,b,q and horsey sauce packets. There was no horsey sauce. We asked the worker if they had any and he said, no. We got home, started eating and the sandwiches were horrible! The roast beef was dry like it had been sitting out. The rolls were stale as well. We talked about how sad this experience was. We never complain or give bad review's, but absolutely had to with this...

My last visit was back in October of 2021 and constantly closed between 6:30pm and 9pm

But has since been back to regular hours I finally got the 2/$6.00 gyros they were excellent fresh ✂️ lamb and the special seasoning was great

I also ordered the 🐔 sliders one buffalo the rest regular they were 👌👍curly season 🍟 fantastic
