I was so excited to see Nothing Bundt Cakes come to the market place. However after 3 visits I will not go back. I will just drive further out to the Douglasville or Roswell locations where Iāve always gone and had no issues. The first visit, my lemon Raspberry Bundtlet had no raspberry in it, it was a regular lemon cake. 2nd visit, the woman who identified herself as the owner operator was so dry and lacked customer service skills when communicating they did not have an item in stock. The last straw was a visit to the store on 4/1 and the owner/operator was there AGAIN with that less than stellar customer service. There was 20 minutes til closing but she lost a sale due to her refusal to customize a bundtini order. She said it could not be done because they were about to close. Really? I have visited the Roswell location 15 minutes before closing and was able to customize an order. I guess customer service and satisfaction is not a priority here. Will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe store looks great still and the customer service was phenomenal. I was happy to see they brought back the buy 3 get one free with your blue souvenir bag on hand, but I always get the carrot bundt cupcakes and this is the first time ever HIGHLY disappointed. The carrot cake typically full of nuts/carrots and maybe raisins (not sure) but this order was horrible. It taste more like a spice cupcake and I could not taste anything other than the cake. I could see scant few small carrots. I bought 3 of them. I ate the majority of the first one thinking something is off. Went to get another and basically forked thru it and same thing.
Skimpy on these ingredients is a game changer. I will not order this again which would mean I have no reason to keep shopping for cupcakes there. Sadness...

Now the cons. The cake was cold. It was like they just took it out the cold storage. I do think they bake in bulk then put it in the freezer until it is sold. I would think at least they warm it up to room temperature. Lastly, The taste of the cake was not moist as it was just baked. It did taste very dry. It was so dry that I could have done a better job and I do not cook. I bought two red velvet cake. I force one down my throat. The second I will just call it a lost and just throw it away. In my opinion, if you want a store bought, tasteless, cold cake you have gone to the...
