Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in East Point

If I could give them ZERO stars, I totally would. First night here in Georgia, ordered Papa Johns from this place because we love the papa Johns in Florida by our home. Ordered online at 7:38pm with a confirmation email that said it should be ready within 29 minutes. I called them right after I placed the order to ask them for plates, cups and napkins since we are at a hotel. First call I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again. Second call I was on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up again assuming that the delivery guy would be here soon anyways. One hour passed 8:38pm and no pizza. I called at 8:45 and someone finally answered. The guy first couldn’t find my order in the system. Once he found it, he said the pizza was ready and that they are waiting on a driver. I asked for an estimated time and he said he couldn’t give me one. I said okay..... and then he hung up on me. I waited another half hour to give them some more time just in case they were super busy. 9:15 and still no pizza. I called them again and was placed on hold again . I left the hotel and got to their place within 5 minutes. When I got there, the pizza was still there! Along with the wings I ordered. But wait! I ordered a cookie but it wasn’t there. Apparently they didn’t have cookies. So they were going to deliver my order without cookies. He said they tried calling but yea right that was a lie. I asked how long the pizza was sitting there and he said about 15 minutes. Another lie because when I called an hour earlier he said it was already made. I asked them to remake it and wanted my deliver fee and tip refunded. He did that. Earlier I asked him if I could get cups, plates and napkins. He said he couldn’t give me plates but yes to the cups and napkins. As I was leaving I asked him for the plates. He said he didn’t have any but to take the napkins. What??? Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! The young lady name starts with a C. I ve order pizza's several times from this place and all my orders are over 40.00 dollars and I tip well even after the drivers have given me the wrong pizza and forgot my wings on different occasion. What takes the cake is the rudeness. I order online and waiting for my pizza to arrive. So about 25 to 30 minutes after ordering my pizza I received a phone call from a from whoever the girls name was. I was told my pizza could not be delivered because of where I stayed and drivers could not come to my location after dark. So I politely told the young lady they have been here before actually about a week ago. She said yes she see's that and they didn't cath. It but she is there now and not allowing it. I understand driver safety but when I ask is there anything she can do for the incovenice she said no and I already cancelled your order. Then hung up. Papa Johns is my favorite pizza spot but they have lost a customer a good one I stay here only a month and already at least 200.00 with them we order pizza and wings for game night etc. I guess it's back to Pizza hut. I had to rate them to do a review. The manager Renee, short Caucasian lady, is beyond unprofessional. She told me to report her to corporate so here you are Renee. I waited over 2 hours for a pepperoni and cheese pizza with an order of cheese sticks. I ordered this on line and even received a confirmation text that my order was ready. I came in to be told, by the young girl at the register, my order wasn't ready. I understand that this is a high volume store but unprofessionalism by a manager is beyond tacky. This woman then began to scold me as if I was her child. I know that she has a young staff, but I am not one of her employees nor am I a child of hers. She threw a pencil down as if she wad annoyed because I asked to speak with her in reference to this complaint. But who would NOT want to speak with a manager after waiting 2 hours? I WILL NEVER place another order at this location. And to top it all off, I chose drive up pick up. Everyone that chose this option had to literally walk in to get their pizza. Then the replacement pizza that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for was burnt....
