I had my dog in the car and wanted to get her one of those cups of whipped cream. I first ordered two coffees, but the drive through employee moved so fast, that I couldn't even order the pup cups! I tried, but no answer. So I drove up to the window thinking I'll just order them before paying. I gave the employee my card and said "before you charge that, can you add A pup cup?" She clearly did not hear me, because she charged my card. Then said she'd just give me "one." I said okay that works! Then another employee came to the window and rudely just shouted "$2.16!" And I was surprised but gave her my card because I figured okay they can't do that for free, that's fine because I don't expect it for free. Then the employee who clearly misheard me gives me TWO PUP CUPS. They charged me for two cups of whipped cream, when I didn't ask for that. They were more confused than anyone I have ever encountered in customer service, including my own personal experience working at Dunkin. This was not a complicated ask nor did it deserve the abrupt attitude when I said I asked for ONE. A wild experience, truly. Do better.
(I shouldn't have given my card in the first place and asked for the pup cup before giving them the option to charge...

However TODAY! 10/03/2018 At 8:40a. Me:"very Enthusiastic" - GOOOD MORNING! HOW YAL DOING TODAY HAPPY WEDNESDAY CASHIER: stop screaming in my ear. Me: "really?, im just sending positivity, i never heard anybody to tell me to stop screaming" but anyways " large ice caramel swirl milk only with 2 turbos Cashier: drive up Me: mhm.
drive up to the window, the coffee for the SECOND TIME doesnt have the sip and peel? Oh okay. and this coffee came BLACK with 2 turbos. when i took a sip on my way to work i was so overwhelmed due to it being so bitter. i wanted to throw up. if i wasnt already at work id go in there and request a refund.

He had heard it as he was driving off and went through the drive thru again to ask if he did something wrong. The lady did not take into consideration how rude and unprofessional that is and called another lady who came and told him to leave or she would take pictures of his license plate and call the cops. If she does not know how to count change thatās fine but maybe she shouldnāt be at the register. This is highly unprofessional and straight up rude. As someone who works in fast food I understand things can be overwhelming but this is 100% not okay. I am very disappointed and me and my grandfather will not be coming back. Donāt waste your money or time here the customer service...
