Horrible....it's pretty sad when from the register counter to the pickup counter it took 3-4 workers to complete my coffee and coffee bun order.....and no one got it correct....my coffee was disgusting and I asked to have it fixed and they just dumped some out and attempted to fix it that way....making it so muddy and no sugar....I asked 2times...for xxx sugar....when paying almost $4 for a cup they should have started over....but as I waited for that "fixed" cup of coffee I was wondering where my warmed coffee bun.. was...I received my 2nd tried to fix coffee...and still no bun..now I'm 14 mins in...and I wait..patiently and wait till 18mins..and ask again for it....well the 1st girl at the register never told the 2nd person to get me one....so the 3rd person at the pick up had no idea....so 3 people still got the order wrong...but the reason I am writing this lengthy review is that I was with 2 other people and the same was happening with their order and we were all running late again....not the 1st stop here....and when we were on our way thinking all was good with the corrected orders that took 23mins ....and 3-4 employees.... It was still WRONG....AND I LEFT A TIP!!!!...Moral of my story....I am sick of this happening....so no I go to Cumberland Farms and make my own...it's made right...I spend less time waiting and it only...
Read moreToday I walked in to Dunkin’ Donuts on Taunton ave an I was introduced very rudely by a staff member /manager telling me to leave with my dog which is a service dog he told me the dog couldn’t be in there because of his allergies now I pretty sure of a dog being in there no more then 8 min an him being 15 feet away from the dog he would be in any danger on the other hand I pretty sure my disability is more important than his allergies then he suggested I showed him paperwork which by US federal law I am voluntarily willing to show them the card but have no right to do so and by my understanding that is discrimination everyone else in the workspace had no problem with the dog I think people should read up on that information before they start to discriminate or they could be a lot of cases and I will be going there with my dog more often...
Read moreplaced my order at drive thru just now. Girls inside are chatting and clearly not paying attention. They charged me for a coffee n then told me nice day... I said I also ordered bagel mini and a coffee bun. She said oh then charged me again. My coffee was wrong so I asked them to remake it. The girl at the window says she wasn't the one who took the order so she dk what happened ... get the next coffee, still wrong. N now we've been holding up the line n I'm omw to work. Absolutely ridiculous. Pay attention when you take an order and charge the customer correctly. Don't waste our time. Definitely don't stand there acting like the drive thru windows are your play place. Act appropriately and be professional you're at work. And if you're going to screw up someone's order n make them wait for it you could atleast give...
