McDonald's — Restaurant in East Providence

I was holding back writing a review but I'm so annoyed with this location especially with 1 particular employee. I'm afraid that she might actually be a manager. She's obnoxiously LOUD. A couple times I've gone to sit inside & spend quality time with my little nephew who's autistic but unfortunately I won't be doing that anymore. This woman is so damn loud. The looks of the patrons that are just trying to enjoy their meal, it's so obvious that they are annoyed by her as well. She's always yelling & laughing & having all types of conversations loud enough for everyone to hear. I do deliveries for work so I tend to sit in that parking lot waiting for orders & today I just had it. She can be heard from across the parking lot when she's doing drive thru. Today she was quite rude to a customer who I guess wasn't speaking loudly enough for her to hear through the speaker. There's been times when I look around thinking someone is arguing in the parking lot but it's just her unprofessional loud mouth coming from the restaurant. They always seem to mess something up with my order, or give me someone else's, or forget my drink, and the person at the drive through is NEVER friendly, not even fake customer service polite. I went at 4am (two other cars in the drive-thru) and it took - no exaggeration - 20 MINUTES to get a breakfast sandwich. This after being told they weren't serving the regular menu after 4am on Sundays, she just hadn't changed the menu board yet. Understaffed, I get it, it's not their fault, but I could have literally driven home, made myself breakfast, and driven back in less time than it took them to what, microwave an egg? That's not fast food.

On the plus side, though, I've never gotten bad or cold food from here, and any time I've had to bring something back the manager and staff were quick and courteous about fixing the issue. Not exactly friendly, but efficient.

I'd definitely go elsewhere if anything was open in the area during 3rd shift, but I have to settle for hot fries and poor...

I ordered a Egg McMuffin I ordered it original add bacon I get my sandwich back they take off the Canadian ham bacon and add strip bacon I had to take gas and time to go back and tell them my order was wrong they make me a new sandwich thinking my sandwich was correct I get in my vehicle and drive away once again my sandwich was wrong they took off the strip Dakin and added ham Canadian bacon with no strip bacon that's all I wanted was to add strip bacon along with the original sandwich that comes with Canadian bacon I don't understand how hard it is understanding one another when ordering a simple sandwich I guess McDonald's is just the hot place to work for a hard job I guess haha time for a new profession thanks McDonald's for hiring the wrong people that don't understand orders correctly they have to make it three times to get it right I was so hungry I ate my sandwich I didn't have time to go back for the third time my meal should...
