UPDATE: I am upgrading my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. This is for two reasons. First, while my complaint about prices still remains, I knew about the high prices before hand and still chose to go there to eat. It was a special family treat and obviously I felt the price was worthwhile for an occasional dining out treat; otherwise, I wouldn't have taken my family to Abby's in the first place. It does not seem fair to ding them just because I like their pizza so much that I wish they had cheaper pricing so that I could take my family to this Abby's more frequently. Secondly, the company took time to reply to my review. Company responses are rare and only helps verify that Abby's is committed to providing higher quality pizza and excellent customer service. As always, my family will continue to dine at Abby's on occasion when we are looking for a special treat.
Abby's has always been a favorite of mine, because as a child my family rarely went out to eat and when we went out for pizza, it was to Abby's in Oregon. The East Wenatchee Abby's has the same feel as the Abby's from my childhood memories. The pizza is still excellent. The taco pizza is still one of my favorites (sour cream would be nice though) as it is very flavorful. My only complaint is the price. My family bought a 13" pizza, a 20" pizza, and 5 small sodas and it cost us $66 (includingtax). I would love to take my family to Abby's whenever we go out to pizza, but at those prices I can't. Still it's a fun indulgence once every 6...
Read moreI have been coming to Abby’s since I was a little girl. I know times have changed and all businesses are or have been under pressure with cost do I understand somewhat of increase of price or even decrease in size but to not have sauce on your pizza is just not okay. I know sauce is one of the least expensive costs on a pizza and Abby’s has been known for their great sauce. So it comes with extreme great disappointment to drive home to another city sit down and bite into a very expensive truly medium at best pizza and have no sauce and thin crust be doughy inside? I’m sorry but this is just simply sad. Truly sad. $30 for a large that looks like a medium and no sauce skimped enough around edges and that was it dry as can be and doughy. I won’t talk about the skimping in the toppings for everyone is cutting back. I can honestly say I have patronage your place for over 50 years. I truly will not be coming back. This isn’t the first or second time this has happened. I looked at it as you guys were short handed or tough times but we are passed the covid limitations of things and your place was fully packed...
