Bob's Burgers & Brew — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

Ordered the French dip sandwich and the wife had a squirrel sandwich. Service was fine atmosphere was fine. The meat portions on sandwiches were skimpy; but what was worse it tasted terrible. ( was not prime nor of good quality) Don’t believe it was real prime rib look like it was microwaved and then throw it on a grill I even tried soaking in the Aujus to give it some flavor; this did not help, Additionally, I had a mixed drink, simple vodka, and lemonade. (A watered down lemonade…yuck !! with vodka. Staff was concerned, why I did not like the sandwich… Explained it was like prison food. I think Bob (RIP)would probably want better for his namesake restaurant. So, Carrie If you read these reviews, you should take action before your restaurant chain goes down in flames, as the quality is not there; Quit serving the PAR cooked, pre-seasoned product, at a premium price. Sure it’s to get that order out as quickly as possible, but I would rather for a great meal than get one fast that tastes terrible. I never leave reviews but damn. We ordered Loaded Cheese Nachos (GF), Grilled Sourdough burger and Loaded potato skins to go, our total was 45$ our order was not correct when we arrived so they gave us half the order and we had to wait another 10 mins for the burger to be remade, They did give us 5$ off the burger for the inconvenience, if I said anyone was sorry I’d be lying. Burger, was not great, it tasted like nothing, it looked delicious and left me wondering if I had Covid cause I tasted nothing, I ate a fry and literally thought how does this not even taste like potato, a good fry could save a bad burger but unfortunately this did not happen. RIP French fries. Potato skins were good. Nothing really to say The Nachos were not great, think standing in your kitchen at 2 AM tortilla chips with cheese in the microwave. Our first time to Bob's Burgers and Brews. It was awesome! None of this 1/4 lb. burgers, Bob's hamburger patties are 6 oz! Even the double patty burgers are 6 oz. per patty. Quantity of food, well, there is a reason for "to go boxes". At first glance, the prices seemed a little high but once we got our food, we understood. No one in town has food that tastes as good or serves the large quantity Bob's does. It took awhile to decide what to get, everything on the menu looked so good. Another nice "feature" is you can choose your side that comes with your meal; fries, onion rings (small up charge $1), dinner salad, potato salad. I had onion rings and they were great. Lightly battered compared to others and not full of grease. The staff were very polite, checked on us regularly to make sure everything was good or if there was something else we needed. Nice atmosphere, warm, friendly and inviting.
